They also convinced the friend I brought with me to get gel as well. This used to be my go-to spot, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The customer service has gone downhill over time. No one wears name tags, no one is welcoming, and the staff overall seems uninterested and dismissive. This has been my experience consistently since late 2024. I truly hope things change for the better, but unfortunately I won't be returning.

Loved the shampoo experience as well as the product, cut and blow dry. Salon is spotless! Loved that not only is there no hair left over from previous cuts, but Tiffany swept up my hair before she blowed dry, so as to "Not blow hair all over the salon". Salon is cute and updated as well.
