I went in for a hair cut I showed the lady the picture what I was going for and right away she started cutting tbh I could not understand some things she was saying but I trusted her because I showed her the picture and she said OKAY. The whole time it was silent. As soon as she's finishing up my hair she's looking for something and I'm not sure what it was until she pulls out a trimmer and shaves my forehead! I immediately pull away and ask her what is she doing? She says she's shaving off my baby hair I said no that's my hairline I don't have a problem with my baby hair. After that she still insisted on wanting to do the other side I said NO and she said sorry. But now I have half my hairline shaved :) I don't understand WHY she did not ask me first if that was okay with me. But this was my experience here and I'm actually really embarrassed to post photos and now I have to look emo covering half my face with my hair so yeah good thing hair does grow back. I just thought you guys should know about my experience here if any of you ladies have baby hair on your hairline she will shave it off without asking and yes I did pay after she did this claiming she gave me a discount :)

I walked in and the place is full of clutter, there were only 2 lady's working and 3 people ahead of me. Finally I was sat in the run down spa chair with cold water to which I complained about 3 times, finally I said forget it. After sitting there for 20 minutes finally a lady comes and pulls my feet out of the cold water and did the usual, now when it comes to my my two big toes I have acrylic on them.... I was waiting on her to cut them down and file them, I had to ask her to cut them down. She never filed the acrylic down to smooth it out. Then paints my nails as if she doesn't see these big humps on them because she didn't file them down. By this time I'm really upset and in just ready to leave! She proceeds to put my shoe on and messes up the polish on the left toe, I told her and she tries to polish over what is messed up! REALLY!? I told her the messed up polish needed to be taken off and re-polished, I was so mad I didn't even let her finish. There is no way I'm ever going back to this place! I don't know who gets manicure and pedi services here because clearly they have no idea on what they are doing.

I drove by omw home and pulled in. I walked in and 3 ladies are sitting in an empty shop on their phones. I asked "Can I get a full set and a pedicure?" They all lit up and told me to pick a color. I sat in the spa pedi chair and 2 of the 3 ladies came over and went to work. Originally I was pissed because I wanted my specific lady at Signature because I like the way she does my acrylics. I was worried this set would come out wonky. $50 for a full set of acrylics with gel French tip and a pedicure. That's including $5 tips for both ladies. Great prices and I was pleasantly surprised at the great job she did on my acrylics. Thin, square with rounded corners, not too big of a white tip. I might make this my new regular spot :)

I couldn't quite understand what she was asking, so I asked her to repeat herself. She seemed irritated, rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude. When I finally understood, I told her that I hadn't called, so someone else took care of my client. The last time we were here, she did my client's nails. When I was trying to communicate with her about how to do her nails since my client has Alzheimer's, she undermined me and was also rude. We had hoped to return because this is the closest salon to us, but after today, we won't be coming back. Don't waste your time coming here. I asked one of the workers for her name, and she said it was Jolly, but I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling. Well, let me tell you, she is not Jolly at all!

I've stood in that store for over 30 minutes before, looking through every wig on the wall if that sign was up, I would've seen it. PERIOD. It's not even the fee it's the fact that the old lady tried to PLAY ME LIKE I'M SLOW. You don't gaslight your regulars and expect them to keep spending money Y'all not slick.
