Quality :( I went and paid 90 for a mani and pedi gel both and the lady doing my gel nails left them all smeared and the lines were messy. Wont be returning forsure I hadn't got my nails done in a while so it sucks it didn't go well for my mani. However gonna give it a 3 star because the lady that did my pedi went all out and took her time she did amazing. And even after having a nice pedicure done, I ended up with a swollen toe. read more

Henny the owner is very money hungry I been noticing when she charges me she charges me 25 extra. I been going with my nail lady NINA for about a 1 1/2 years now and been noticing this up charge from the owner henny.. my last experience was horrible with the up charge that was basic pedicure & gel manicure for $100 that was too much for me my gel manicure nails are short. I would give a ZERO star. The last time I came here caused me my toenails-removed. I went to get my toenails done by the manager HENNY who kept on poking my big toes..she was looking to the Clients that were coming in instead of paying attention to what she was doing. She could've at least stopped first! I went home and i could feel some stinging on the sides of my big toes so much to the point where they BOTH got swollen the next day and lasted for a week and it wouldn't heal worst, got infection. I personally was upset and I came back and showed the manager what happened. All she said was that she was trying to clean the sides (which she actually went deeper). I always come here. I felt like i had finally found my nail girl because i am extremely picky and she come thru every single time. Well, today i went in just to do my toes. Some lady and her child arrived about 1 min before, and after me about 8-10 mins another lady arrived. Within 10 mins, we all basically got sat down at the same time. Obviously they started with the lady and her child because she DID arrive before me, BUT why did they start working on the lady that arrived 8-10mins after us before me? And no she did not have an appt (i know this bc i heard her ask how long of a wait for a pedicure, obvi wouldnt ask that with an appt). I was not gonna cause a sense, so i just put my shoes back on and made my way out. She did tell me as im walking out "no someone will be with you soon" i said "no im ok thank you." I went back to let the owner know and when I asked to see their license she gave me my money back. I've been visiting this salon for a while and they always do my sets perfectly. This is my favorite salon ever.

Would not recommend at all! I have been here before multiple times and I had no issue until I went last week. I got a pedicure done and the lady kept poking at my toe nail until she made it bleed. She did not even remove my ingrown nail because my toe still hurts. I had to go to urgent care to get it treated! Please do not come here! Worst place ever. I went in for a fill and to get French Tip design and charging $63 ?!? I had asked beforehand how much was the price for a fill and they said $30 and another for a French tip ?? They cut and hurt my cuticles TWICE and when I asked for a discount from the manager , they said $60 for a $3 discount and not only that they left acrylic product underneath my nails and had to drill it out making my nails look horrible !!! First time trying this place since it's close to work and wouldn't recommend it! I walked in and asked the price of gel manicure and she said it was $25 so I said okay and after sitting down noticed how unorganized and dirty her nail cart is while she was sifting through items placing her phone on a dirty towel. I agreed to have my nails done but at check out she tacked on $3 more dollars to take gel off which she never mentioned when I asked for the initial service then she charged another $1 fee to use my debit card. I was running late so I agreed to come back later to finish where she charged $19 and she would charge $10 when I came back. After coming back to finish she charged $10 plus $1 more to process my card again. Always be upfront with your customers! Not recommending nor going back again! read more

Do NOT waste your time trying to call to make an appointment. The owner will tell you to they have time for services and when you get there , there will be a lot of people sitting waiting to start their services. The owner needs to be straight up with people and say there is a wait and maybe come back later. I have a 4 month old baby, there is no time to be wasted!! Now I'm having to drive around to find some where else to get a mani pedi. Honesty is key, give customers the fair choice whether to come over or not. read more

The manager watched me struggle to get money out, I was only able to get a $20 bill bcuz the machine wasn't full, that transaction cost me $1.25, finally the manager said oh let me fix it, and she added more money, so my second transaction costed me another 1.25.. it's not the money, it's her knowing it was empty and it took me 2 transactions to get $40.
