When I asked if she understood, she snapped, "I work in a beauty salon, of course I understand." Okay so why are you asking me so many times ? I asked for a brow cleanup just on the top, but she convinced me to let her clean the bottom of my brows for better shape. Needless to say, the cleanup performed on my right lower brow was so bad. I had a perfect clean arch before Cita had touched it, but I left the salon with a jagged arch and the hairs refuse to grow back now. She was adamantly suggesting me to use caster oil to regrow hair (which is untrue btw - it's an old wives' tale) and was not listening to what I was saying. I was beyond speechless after that. Of course I left a tip but I will not be going back because that was the treatment I was given as a returning customer. Very disappointed. Was hoping for consistency in good work due to the 5-star review streak. Maybe other customers were purposefully being treated better than me. ‍

Tammy was my nail tech and very friendly too and felt like we knew each other for years. I was impressed by the service and got a Gel X fill. Other places gave me a fill with powder or acrylic which Tammy said isn't correct. They also have an esthetician who does lashes, hair removal, skin tag removal and facials. They also have one lady who cuts hair. She literally cut this guys hair in less than 15min and he was out the door and it looked good. Parking lot is conveniently available at the shopping center it's in. There's also street parking available if needed. I came in with two broken gel x, needed a fill plus French tip and a nail polish pedicure for $76 which is a great deal. Gel pedicures are $29.

In my experience, the chemicals were left on my hair for far too long while you continued taking additional clients, even though you were working alone. I believe that trying to manage multiple clients at once compromised the quality and safety of the service I received. I have no reason to make false claims or misrepresent what happened.
