The price was decent and the service was friendly, however I did not really get what I wanted. I told the nail tech that I needed my nails to be very natural and they added glitter without me asking. The nails kind of flared instead of where straight, they were also done too closely to the sides of my finger, causing pain and damage upon removal (I always remove my nails at home with no damage to my nailbeds or pain and this was very painful to remove and caused bleeding due to being attached to the side of my finger) I would probably not go again if i was looking to get natural nails read more

I had an ombré full set and gel pedicure today by Amy that was excellent! She was very thorough, kind and the results are great. The salon was busy so I'm glad I made an appointment ahead of time. I arrived around 4:30 on a Tuesday and sat right down. By 5pm there was a constant wait - so book ahead or arrive early! Was asked multiple time did I want gel polish. All times I said no. Gel polish was still used so after sitting under the dryer for 45 minutes my nails were still wet. Showed the lady what I wanted and asked her if she could do (mind you I was looking for gems to be added) she said she could so I was okay with it. I wanted Long nails. She put acrylics that were short my original size nails. I told her long nails and she made them the same size. She offered colors unlike the picture but I understand they might not carry it so as close as the color gets by the time I chose she looked and said they ran out so ended up going with a different color. When I looked at it the middle finger is a step down and all the other ones seem like I need a fill!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! First of all the salon opens at 9:30am. No was showed up till 9:45... 3 people were there waiting with only one employee who told us someone else was coming. No else showed up until 10:45... The service was awful. My friend was the first to get anything done and the lady rushed through her manicure, didn't do any maintenance to her hands at all. The paint wasn't even covering the entire nail, and when she complained about it, nicely I may add, the lady got shitty as well as some guy that happen to just show up with lunch or something and basically told the lady's take it off and that he didn't care. I am very happy with the work they did on my nails today! My pedicure was just fantastic! The massage the man did was out of this world. I am 6 months pregnant and I really needed a good foot and leg massage and he out did himself! Lynn did my nails and all I had to do was show her a picture of what I wanted and she did them PERFECTLY!
