What a disappointment! Worst massage I have ever had. I would like to ask to see her "license" to practice but I am pretty sure there isn't one. She had no clue about massage etiquette, or technique. Now I know why there was not a soul to be seen in there. ONE positive, the Pedicurist gave an amazing foot massage. She should be the masseuse! Never again. Waste of money. So I came to this place because I use to go to a stylist who did hair in a previous place and now she's there. Loved the hairstylist she is very sweet and very talented. Being a hairstylist myself for over 24 years I can definitely say Eva is very good at what she does and my daughter as myself are very satisfy with our hair. However Tina's Salon is way over priced. First I looked online and it shows that if it's your first time there you get a 20 % off so I told them about it because it stated online when you look up the salon and which I took a photo of it cause that's false advertisement. You would think they would honor it being that it is false advertisement and it states it clearly online ( so clients beware! ) anyway all they had to say Is no we don't offer it anymore. So having to pay $145 for just a root touch up and just 2 blow drys that is way over priced. So that being said I really hope Eva will go somewhere else cause I will no longer return here. First timer with getting Brazillian. I may be a little more sensitive down there than most, so I feel like she could've been gentler when cleaning and handling such a sensitive area. Putting on the wax even hurt (pulled hair) like it wasn't hot enough yet. I understand it would hurt. I get it. That's what I signed up for. But a more gentler approach would've have helped a whole lot. Got home and still feel hair in areas. Wish I had a better first experience especially since the service was $85 plus tip. I called and explained that there was still hair in areas and asked if there was anyone else I could see that does waxing, so they can fix the issue. They replied and said Tina is the only one that does the waxing and that she will have to call me back. I gave my phone number. Day after waxing: Did not receive a phone call from Tina this morning. I called and asked for Tina (waxer/owner). She had to call me back she was with a client. She called back. I advised I am not happy. There's hair in areas that I didn't realize was there til I got home and where my legs meet my torso hurts/burns. I asked for a refund because at this point because I don't feel comfortable with having to go back and try to get it fixed. Her reply. "I will not give you a refund until you take your nasty review down" " I was uncomfortable the whole time while doing the wax" " I shouldnt have done it to begin with." I said, "What is that supposed to mean?" She replied." I was very uncomfortable the whole time. There is alot of skin down there and it was uncomfortable and hard to keep the skin taut, I've never had an issue like this" My response." Oh wow, as a professional waxer you would think you would know how to handle any client" She said " I know what kind of person you are, you like to leave nasty reviews to see what you can get out of companies " I laughed and said. "I left an honest review and I would like my money back" She basically FAT SHAMED ME and as a woman of her size and owner of the establishment you would have thought she would act in a different manner. I couldn't be anymore pleased coming to Tina's! The place is gorgeous inside and out. There is parking in the front and they also have their own lot in the back. They have the cutest pond outside, the water sounds so peaceful. Inside they have a beautiful boutique with clothes,make up and jewelry. The staff is always polite, very welcoming. My stylist is Eva and the girl is absolutely talented!!!Very professional & friendly. I literally let her do anything she wants to my hair because I trust her judgement. I even bring my 5 year old daughter to get her hair done with her. Thankful for Tina's for having a talented staff, friendly service & a gorgeous atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone! read more

If you're looking for a new hair salon DON'T go to Tina's. It is the most unfriendly atmosphere I've ever encountered. The owner is cold & frosty to the employees as well as the clients. My daughter came here for prom hair and makeup this past weekend. Her makeup was done beautifully by a very talented woman who treated my daughter nicely. Her hair was an entirely different experience. The hairdresser did not introduce herself, was sighing and staring out the window throughout the appointment. At one point she was talking to another technician saying"I hate doing ponytails" as she was doing a ponytail on her. My daughter began to get tears in her eyes at this point. The finished product looked terrible, and nothing like the picture my daughter brought and she left the salon in tears only to come home and rip out the updo. I was present for most of the appointment and felt so sorry for her. Tina is the owner and is awesome with acrylic nails. She is fast and is very accomodating to what you want. I also get my hair done, cut & highlights, by Louise and have been very happy. Theresa is the best and will always help you find an appointment along with great makeup advice.. Joy does outstanding quality pedicures that do not wear or chip..in fact, the entire team of pedicurists are great.. The salon is clean and was recently beautifully remodeled...
