I did not request a service, they came for me. I live in The Metropolis DTLA. I complained about the loud music one night in my building around the pool and three days later I got a very nasty threat via FedEx. They accused me of things I did not do in writing. They demanded I sign a letter of "Intent To Comply". I told them in no uncertain terms where they should go straight away and what they should do with their demands when they arrived. This law firm works with Alterra, a bill collector. They are HORRIBLE, They pride themselves on ripping people off. They are very serious about taking your money and not working with you at all. Carrie Heieck, senior attorney is condescending when addressing the residents of our community at HOA meetings. She uses her position to intimidate residents who try to bring up any HOA issues as they should. I guess she forgot that she represents the Association hired by the board who will eventually be all residents. Just one of many examples: I requested an internal dispute meeting she told us no recordings, no witnesses and nobody else allowed. According to CC 5915 (b) (4) we are entitled to bring another person to assist. If they conducted themselves fairly, they wouldn't be so concerned. Definitely report them to the bar! The more reports the better change they will be held accountable. Don't use them! If your HOA uses them, get together with residents and ask your association to use a better firm. I would give no stars if that was an option. I agree with everyone else. These guys are all about harassment and intimidation. Get them disbarred 100% Tinnelly Law is unethical and is not up on current laws. They will write any letter that a property management company asks them to. They will bully residents and bill at outrages cost. I have tons of evidence to backup that they send letters that are pure bullying homeowners.They also run Alllterra Assessment Recovery where they can tack on outrages cost to your late HOA payments and buy you there also. I believe they are under investigation by Fed/State agency's already. Call your CA Department of insurance, State Bar of CA, attorney general, DA, etc. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are liars crooks and thieves. How you can sleep at night I will never know.I called to find out the balance I owed paid the amount Lissenia (liar) told me and thought I was done with these clowns only to have them tell me they had given me the wrong amount kept on adding fees $27 for calling them to ask about my balance etc. etc. I will be calling the state bar they deserve to be put out of business read more

My experience was terrible. They seem to be desperate for business...a low level collection agency type place. They don't appear to know the area of law well and try to use bullying tactics that don't work. Overbilled to say the least. Very poor grasp of the law yet they charge astronomical amounts for doing next to nothing. And on top of that, completely unfriendly and rude. There is a pending bar complaint as well. They should all have their bar cards revoked and resort to street level hustling, which appears to be their MO. They truly give lawyers a bad name. This is one rude and disrepctful law group. I am a tenant at RP Condo, I was served with a legal document in regards to an issue that I was not aware of. I contacted this law group and wanted to clarified and understand what was going on. The individual or attorney on the other end of the phone basically told to fix/pay or court. Basically disrespectful and treated like I was an animal. I wanted was some guidance or to understand on what was going on. Also, in the document stated that we refused to repair but we were never notified or contacted. Instead of assisting and clarifying the situation the so called attorney basically blew me off and threaten to pursue the suit if it doesn't get repair before 9/1. You are no one special treat people with kindness and respect. I am a disable veteran and still serving this wonderful country... please don't test my integrity. I lost brother and sister who served this wonderful country while you are enjoying your ungrateful life!!! It's not all about money its about helping each other as an American! read more
