Communication not professional. I am pretty sure he had know idea how to do the job I needed. Over quoted his labor at $50 hour for 3 days He quoted me, "Twenty Hundred" WTH. Fairly young guy and doesn't know how to communicate I. US currency. Clearly English is second language. Said there is a fee of $100. I asked for what, he didn't know how to explain it. I think he meant it was $100 min ? He offered to put a few screws in the door to keep it from falling off. 3 out of 7 screws actually entered the wood. The others just randomly drilled in the siding. Alex is awesome! He pretty much remodeled my whole house lol he's that good! Just had a few different projects for him around the house and it made a huge difference because our house is old. First, he fixed our outdoor patio roof (l have no idea what the proper name is for that lol) it's made of 4×4 wood and plastic sheets. The old one was so bad you couldn't even see through it, now the light shines through and gives my kitchen more natural light which I love. He also, renewed my kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, and added new flooring to my whole house (wood instead of tile which is what | had) and added baseboards. In addition, he installed new doors in all 3 bedrooms and painted them as well. Lastly, I had sort of an open cut out space in one of my walls in my living room where we had just enough space for a wooden counter and cabinets sort of like a cantina style vibe. It was getting pretty old and I consulted with Alex on suggestions on how to change it up. I'm so thankful he came up with this idea because it has been such a blessing for my husband and I. We have a pretty small kitchen so there wasn't enough space for both food and dishes. Most of my kitchen cabinets were crammed up to the brim. Alex suggested we cover the cut out in the wall and make it a complete solid wall and add a door on the side to make it into a food pantry and omg it looks awesome and such a big help as now I can use my kitchen cabinets just for dishes and all my food is separate. He doesn't just do great work he does it fast and effective. And he cleans up after himself so there's no big mess left for you to clean.
