If you are looking for a real tint job, these are the guys…read more I recently purchased a vehicle at had it done at a different tint shop. The tint job looked awful. The tint did not go the edges of the window (almost 1/4 inch from the edge) and the shop that installed it told me they couldn't do anything about it. They said the machine that cuts the tint, does this always, and there was no way around it. I called and spoke to Josh, and he explained that what I wanted was a "shaved edge". It is a method that's actually old school, and it is where the installer "shaves" the window right at the edge to create a super clean look. I ended up having them tint my vehicle, and it looks incredible. Super laid back people all around, and a way nice shop. Sucks i had to spend almost 500 to find all of this out. Hopefully this review helps someone avoid the same mistake.

I asked him several times to not do that, and even got out a fender cover to protect the paint, and he still continued to do it. The other Prime Auto Glass employee kept asking him to stop as well. Bottom line, they would not fix the small rock chip because they said it had too many spider cracks radiating from it, and made a mess all over the hood and A pillar of my car.
