Needed to get my windshield tint removed so i called in and they quoted me for a cheap price. Cheaper than any other place. So I pull up and once they have finished removing the tint, the price is $20 more. Said that the guy never quoted me that price. I wasn't gonna argue with the dude so I just paid and left. Once I get home, I realize that the tint removal was horrible. Glue was left over all around the windshield and there was stains all over the car. I would have just gone somewhere else who would have charged me the same price but would have done it correctly. Don't recommend this person to remove preexisting tint. read more

This placed I found on Yelp and i sent them a message I got a response within 30min. I brought my car in and the most difficult part is deciding which tint to get. It was explained to me on the different tint, colors and price. I chose the the $299 price with the tint one shade. It was going to take up 2 and half hours. I didn't get his name but very nice guy told me that I can wait in their shop or go to the car wash building where they have free wi-fi drinks and place to sit. I walked to get my nails done and I got the call Your car is done. It was sooner than I thought which was great. It was explained to me how to care for the windows in the next 24hrs and how long it takes to cure. It is a lifetime warranty with labor. I recently brought in my Lexus IS 250 for Armando and his team to tint the windows late afternoon on a Saturday. Armando was great and extremely accomodating; I had a particularly tight schedule and he and I coordinated to make sure everything was in order by the time I picked up the vehicle. He offers competitive pricing in comparison to other shops. The prices were the best I could find in Southern California. I drove all the way from Simi Valley to get my windows tinted here, and I'm not disappointed to say the least. The tint on the car is still settling, as I've just brought it back today, but it looks spectacular so far. To be clear, the tint is not laser cut, but it appears that they are a master of their craft and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference unless you looked at it extremely closely. In other words, I wouldn't hesitate to bring in another car to his shop! I'll definitely update in the coming days as the tint settled and provide pictures accordingly. read more

Was looking to get my windows tinted on a '16 mustang. Did some shopping around in my area and was quoted different prices. I was looking exclusively for the llumar series film for heat rejection since I do a lot of driving. Stopped by Cool It Window Tint on 10/17 to get a price quote and found it was reasonable for 2 front, 2 quarter, and rear windows. Setup an appointment for 10/24. Fast forward to 10/24 I pulled up and met up with Johnathan who greeted me as I walked up. I initially was going for the ATR setup with 30% on the front and quarter windows and 15% on the rear. Johnathan showed me what it would look like pointing out at a car in the lot with similar specs and it was pretty light. Also the ATR film has metal in it so it can interfere with radio and phone signals. I depend on GPS a lot so that wouldn't work for me. I had thoughts about the CTX series and it's also what he recommended. He was able to work a price for my budget and I decided on CTX 15% all around. Damn, I'm glad I did. I return a little over two hours later and the difference the tint made on a visual level is pretty significant; in a good way. Also just getting into the car in 85 degree weather I could already tell the film was doing it's job rejecting some of the heat. As for the job itself, the driver/passenger and quarter panels came out super clean. I do notice some very minor bubbles on the rear, but I have hope that they will go away once it's fully cured. Overall, my experience at Cool It Window tint is 5 stars all the way. Great customer service, quality work in a timely manner, and reasonable prices. I can't complain. Recommended! read more
