Needed to get my windshield tint removed so i called in and they quoted me for a cheap price. Cheaper than any other place. So I pull up and once they have finished removing the tint, the price is $20 more. Said that the guy never quoted me that price. I wasn't gonna argue with the dude so I just paid and left. Once I get home, I realize that the tint removal was horrible. Glue was left over all around the windshield and there was stains all over the car. I would have just gone somewhere else who would have charged me the same price but would have done it correctly. Don't recommend this person to remove preexisting tint. read more

This placed I found on Yelp and i sent them a message I got a response within 30min. I brought my car in and the most difficult part is deciding which tint to get. It was explained to me on the different tint, colors and price. I chose the the $299 price with the tint one shade. It was going to take up 2 and half hours. I didn't get his name but very nice guy told me that I can wait in their shop or go to the car wash building where they have free wi-fi drinks and place to sit. I walked to get my nails done and I got the call Your car is done. It was sooner than I thought which was great. It was explained to me how to care for the windows in the next 24hrs and how long it takes to cure. It is a lifetime warranty with labor. So hats off too this gem go get your windows tinted. read more

Not too many people I trust with my cars, so I made sure to do my research before bringing my GT3 here. Armando was very professional and accommodating. Set up an appt at my convenience, kept the car for 2 days and returned it to me in pristine condition, pully paint protected. His prices are below average, for above average work! This is my second time bringing my cars to get the windows tinted. These guys are awesome. The staff and the owner are all friendly and careful while working on your car. I called ahead of time to make sure I get a quote and at the same time make an appointment, cuz this place is always busy. If you just do walk-in, they will take you in ,but you will have to wait over 1.5 hrs for your car to even get it started. For this trip, I had two vehicles done. Overall, both cars came out looking great. On one of the cars, there were some dirt stuck between the window and the film, so they went ahead and replaced the tint to make sure I am satisfied with the job. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who is looking to get their car tinted. Pricing is good. Quality is good and service is exceptional read more

It's been years since I got my SECOND vehicle done here and I absolutely love this place. Highly recommend to people I know. The tint on my recent truck has lasted me quite some time. The windshield tint is starting to ware off but only because I don't always park in shade or facing the opposite direction of the sun. Overall the guys here are cool, easy going, and honest. I recently brought in my Lexus IS 250 for Armando and his team to tint the windows late afternoon on a Saturday. Armando was great and extremely accomodating; I had a particularly tight schedule and he and I coordinated to make sure everything was in order by the time I picked up the vehicle. He offers competitive pricing in comparison to other shops. The prices were the best I could find in Southern California. I drove all the way from Simi Valley to get my windows tinted here, and I'm not disappointed to say the least. The tint on the car is still settling, as I've just brought it back today, but it looks spectacular so far. To be clear, the tint is not laser cut, but it appears that they are a master of their craft and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference unless you looked at it extremely closely. In other words, I wouldn't hesitate to bring in another car to his shop! I'll definitely update in the coming days as the tint settled and provide pictures accordingly. read more

Was looking to get my windows tinted on a '16 mustang. Did some shopping around in my area and was quoted different prices. I was looking exclusively for the llumar series film for heat rejection since I do a lot of driving. Stopped by Cool It Window Tint on 10/17 to get a price quote and found it was reasonable for 2 front, 2 quarter, and rear windows. Setup an appointment for 10/24. Fast forward to 10/24 I pulled up and met up with Johnathan who greeted me as I walked up. I initially was going for the ATR setup with 30% on the front and quarter windows and 15% on the rear. Johnathan showed me what it would look like pointing out at a car in the lot with similar specs and it was pretty light. Also the ATR film has metal in it so it can interfere with radio and phone signals. I depend on GPS a lot so that wouldn't work for me. I had thoughts about the CTX series and it's also what he recommended. He was able to work a price for my budget and I decided on CTX 15% all around. Damn, I'm glad I did. I return a little over two hours later and the difference the tint made on a visual level is pretty significant; in a good way. Also just getting into the car in 85 degree weather I could already tell the film was doing it's job rejecting some of the heat. As for the job itself, the driver/passenger and quarter panels came out super clean. I do notice some very minor bubbles on the rear, but I have hope that they will go away once it's fully cured. Overall, my experience at Cool It Window tint is 5 stars all the way. Great customer service, quality work in a timely manner, and reasonable prices. I can't complain. Recommended! read more

My setup: * XPEL XR Plus with lifetime warranty * 55% windshield * 20% front windows * 70% rear windows/drop glass to match the factory privacy glass * Customer-supplied custom honeycomb headlight and taillight tint, hand-cut and installed on-site (no pre-cut templates available for the R2) One thing that really impressed me was that they actually measured the factory panoramic roof glass and showed me that it already had excellent UV and heat rejection. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they recommended leaving the roof alone, which saved me money. That honesty earned my trust. They also took the time to meter the factory rear privacy glass so the final appearance would be uniform. The front and rear windows match extremely well, which was one of my biggest concerns before choosing a shop. I also brought my own headlight and taillight film. Although they don't normally install customer-supplied material, they were willing to work with me, and because there weren't pre-cut templates available for the new R2, they hand-cut everything on the vehicle. The finished product looks fantastic and really complements the vehicle. Another huge plus was that they completed everything the same day, even with the additional custom work on the lighting. Overall, the workmanship, attention to detail, honesty, and customer service exceeded my expectations. First off let me express my opinion on these other review fake and they have all been reported to YELP!!!! IF YOU WANT A BAD JOB COME HERE. HE WILL SELL YOU ILLEGAL TINT !!! NO PROBLEM EVEN IF ITS ILLEGAL. WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT THIS PERSON?????????????????????????? I had my windows tinted here over the course of 3 months ago. At the time I came in there business license was expired and had been for 3 months they should have NOT have been operating in the City of Upland with out there license. My son and I brought his car in to get the windows tinted. When we came in the shop Armondo so called owner helped us. Don't be fooled he is NOT the owner of this shop either please refer to the business license for actual owner Amparo is the owner of this shop. We left our car trusting the shop and came back and the car had been damaged by the shop when the tint was installed. He would not show me the video I asked him to see it. He refused. He deducted money from the bill and we were on our way. I decided to take him to court after the fact and didnt realize at the time how much this would cost to fix.The amount to fix the car was 926.00. I kept calling and he would hang up on me and would not take care of the situation. He is NOT HONEST!! Stay away !!! He is not an honest person. People stay away. We also realized after the fact that he tried stealing speakers from the car as well.As well as thhe window tint has bubbled up. We took the car in to get serviced and they had to re bolt all of the panels in the backseat back on. This car was in new condition even though used was flawless. My son had the car for only weeks before Armondo got his hands on it. We won our case for 926.00 against him in small claims court. Then he appealed the case being the skum bag that he is.He won the appeal alright lying threw his teeth AND ONLY WON BECAUSE HE HIRED AN ATTORNEY TO COACH HIM IN THE HALLWAY. The Judge was not fair . We had every bit of evidence from pictures etc and he claimed he did the job and lied. We sat there and watched his ghetto buddies do the job. Then he said he had cameras but erased them accidentally before court hes a liar. STAY THE HELL AWAY. IF HE DOES DO DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR PLEASE MESSAGE ME AND ILL BE YOUR WITNESS. IF HE HAS DAMAGED YOUR CAR PLEASE MESSAGE ME ANYWAYS. HES A THIEF AND CROOK. !!!!!! PLEASE READ RIP OFF REPORT.COM REVIEW AS WELL read more

Again, I have reviewed this business on Google plus but my wife wanted me to review it here. My wife has tinted car vehicle at this shop. Weeks after, so many bubbles showed that made vision blurry. Anyhow, I have out state, otherwise I would now let her do it there. Yesterday we just went to another shop and removed the terrible tint and replaced it with a new one. The material they used at that shop is cheap material as we were told by the new shop. Even the installation was bad and it was obviously done by a novice. As my wife told me, those guys were not on time and they charged here double what the guy charged us yesterday. Guys I don't know how this business has 5 starts. He must have bought the reviews online. read more

Great work!!! a friend recomended me and took my new hybrid in.The guy gave me a reasonable price for my car since i was shopping around before i went there. I was offered different types of material and i picked the right one for me,he told me it would be ready in 1hour but it took him about 1 1/2 hr to complete, he was very profesional and maticulous with his work so the extra time i spent was well worth it. This is my third time to come in for a window tint . I tried to go somewhere else didn't work . Why though they are my go to window place . Prices are good okay competitive. Came I n Day prior made a a.m appointment they do great work and tint is gauranteed lifetime to date never had a issue except when I decided to do front windshield given a quote and price jumped way up when decided to tint window off of price earlier from quote given. This is the second car I've had Armando and team tint. Both times they did a great job and at a fair price. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my cars and I can say that they deliver a professional job. The only negative comment is that the guy that cleans the windows before they start tinting used a ton of soapy water that accumulated in my trunk, but that goodness a have a rubber mat back there... read more

This place is amazing. So happy with it. Went inside with my impatient 2 year old and while we were waiting they gave me the remote and we started watching a movie. The work they did was amazing and I got a good price on it. I will definitely recommend people to come here. You won't be disappointed. Absolutely best service anywhere in IE - Armando is a perfectionist. He redid my window tint last year because minor imperfections didn't meet his high standards. I wouldn't have noticed! He also gave me a great deal wrapping my roof for an obnoxious new Kia Soul EV. I'm bringing in my old Mercedes next for a 1/2 price deal on the clear blue window tint. read more

I received a window tinting here, 6 months ago, and the crew is friendly, very skilled and helpful. This many months on, and after the notorious SoCal summer heat, my tint has no warps nor damage. They did a great job at an acceptable price. No problems and the car looks great. I will go here again if I need anything else done. I had old films removed and they quickly replaced with a very nice quality film. I checked around a few places a while for prices and those where not good compared to here. read more

We got our Honda done about 6 years ago and till this day the tint has stayed amazing never bubbled or cracked. And we've just boughten a new car so you better believe we're taking it back to cool it window tint. Customer service is super friendly and helpful and the quality is amazing! read more
