I had my two front windows done on Friday may 22, 2020. At which I was given my lifetime warranty information and told that they guarantee their work. A 5 days after I wrote to them letting them know there was a lingering mark in my tint which could be a bubble. They advised me to come in and have it looked at which I did. I was told it was indeed a bubble and Michael used a popsicle stick to try pushing it out. He advised me to wait longer to see if it would dry out. This mark has not dried out and I emailed in again and let them know. This time he advised me he would have to see the mark again to further see what needs to be done. I made an apt went there and he applied heat on the area and claimed the mark was gone. Two hours later the mark has since come back and has been there. I emailed him letting him know and asked if I should wait longer or if he could replace it. He called me Friday night 6/12/2020 and said if the mark came back no amount of heat would take care of the it and the next step would be to replace the tint on that one window, ok no problem. Appointment scheduled for 06/18/2020. Michael approaches me stating he does not see the mark from the outside and asked me to come show him. I opened my driver side door and there was the mark. He told me that it was small and that there would be no need to replace it as the tint is wet, proceeded to argue with me claimed I was being "overly dramatic", and after he got loud with me trying to say why I should wait and how if I bring it anywhere else they would tell me to wait. Funny, I brought it to another spot in New London and was told the tint should be replaced. After he resumed an argument, I told him to open his garage so I could leave as it was clear he did not want to fix the tint that they warranty. He did NOT want to do what he confirmed he would be doing, which is replacing the tint. He continued to argue and then said he would just replace it. NOPE! I wanted to leave and I asked AGAIN for him to open the garage so I could leave because I did not want him touching my vehicle. He calls me 10 minutes later claiming he left a set of Chevy keys in my center console, no he didn't. And that he was uneasy that I left not satisfied. Your damn right I'm not satisfied. I've been to your shop 4 times in the last month and was finally told you would replace it TO NOT REPLACE IT and waste my time AGAIN. I am leaving work early losing MY MONEY for him to not honor what he said. And after I put up an argument he now wants to replace the tint? He then tells me he wants to make me happy and tells me if I turn around he can offer me my money back. So I said if you are willing to do that than great. He then switches his story and says no that will have to be another scheduled appointment and I'll have to remove the tint!!!! OH so now you want to do even MORE WORK and remove the tint just to give me my money back on something your shop guarantees but you failed to help me with and replace the ONE window without a fight. Nope all set, I let him know again he would not be touching my car as he is unprofessional in arguing with a customer when the customer clearly isn't happy with the tint. Other than my initial instal of tint I was there THREE TIMES for the SAME MARK. FOUR TIMES AT THIS BUSINESS IN LESS THAN A MONTH. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable being spoken to by Michael and would never feel comfortable stepping foot back into this business alone. I will NEVER return back to this business as they take your money and do not guarantee their work. read more

I am very particular about where i bring my vehicle, I want to make sure I get the best bang for my buck and the best quality. Guys at Tint Master did not disappoint me. I picked 35%, middle range tint. It's borderline legal. I got exactly what I wanted and my car now looks perfect. They did their job meticulously. The owner even fixed my floor mat. I have not been a customer of this business, nor will I be in the future. The customer service from these gentleman are unacceptable as they are extremely rude. I watched a close friend of mine bring in her Mercedes with the expectation that she would receive tints dark enough to where you could not see the belongings in her vehicle. She has tan seats; however, she pointed to the owners' vehicle as an example stating her expectation (you cannot see in his vehicle). While picking out her tints there was no guidance from the owners that she should go darker in order to receive the same effect. When we picked up her vehicle she attempted expressing that she was unsatisfied with how light the tints looked on her specific car. The owners disregarded her comments and began asking me about MY vehicle, where I had my tints put on, how much I paid for them, and the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. I had to clearly state that they had an unsatisfied customer and they should be focusing on her. The only options they gave to my friend was to double up the tint to make them 5%, which we both felt was not an appropriate option as she pointed to her expectation while choosing her percentage. The owners also stated it would make the windows extremely dark (5%), making them harder to see out of. Now being the next day, she has called the owner (on speakerphone) to express her dissatisfaction again. Once again, the owner Mike was nothing but rude. He raised his voice at her, leading her to tell him it was inappropriate for him to talk to her that way. He tried stating that she left happy, which is untrue because I personally told him he needed to focus on her because she was not. And once again, he only offered doubling up her tints which he stated last night would not be a good option because it would be harder to see out of. When she asked for either a refund or new tints he compared his business to Lowe's, and that he cannot refund his time. He disapproved both optons. He was unwilling to give a resolution to his dissatisfied customer, stating she was "the first one in 20 years to be unhappy." Though it seems they have done a nice job (she is currently waiting for the bubbles to come out), I've never witnessed the owner of a company be so rude and unprofessional. I would much rather invest my money into a company who works to satisfy their customers. read more
