I chose Mikes because they had the most thorough response and seemed really professional. However, three visits later, I have had the worst experience with the Riverside location. I chose the top of the line ceramic tint and paid $1,500. It was a lot but I wanted the best since I knew I would not buy another car in 10 or more years. The initial install was pleasant enough. I asked questions regarding a couple of bubbles I saw before I left and was assured by Erick that they would disappear after the moisture evaporated. Some did, lots did not. (See initial install photos) I went back to have the back and rear windows redone. The bubbles were worse on the back and on one of the triangle windows. (See 1st reinstall showing dust particles and bad cuts pics) Also, the clarity in the rear window was poor. (See light glares in rear window pic) I was told that it could be due to an astigmatism or the defroster lines. What?! Thinking that the 3rd time would be the charm I went back again for another fix. This time it seems they just made a complete mess of the backseat, the floor mats and carpet top behind the seats. This is a new car. It was pristine when I gave it to them. (See pics of goo and backseat mess). Also, there are still lots of dust bubbles along the back window worse than the second install . (see 3rd install pics which was Sat. July 12, 2025). I don't know what to do anymore. I spent so much money and each time I bring my car back I'm told, "this never happened before" only to leave with it looking worse! I'm beyond frustrated. It's supposed to be a 10 year warranty but I don't have it in me to keep going back wasting my time and energy. They didn't bother to walk the car after each install except the time that I asked and was assured that things would evaporate. I even walked back in after the third install and the front counter was empty. I just left and saw the backseat damage once I got home. I would never recommend this business to anyone. My daughter, my husband and my son were looking to get their cars done. They will be looking elsewhere.

I messaged the shop and Jorge replied back immediately. I texted him what I wanted and he quoted me a great price. The best thing about this shop is that they work on the weekend as it's hard for me to take off time from work to drop off the Rivian. Jorge and the team worked with my drop off schedule and had it done at the time promised even with the issue they had to redo the windshield. They kept me posted on the timeframe and professional. Me being the biggest OCD found my vehicle to be cleaner than I first brought it in that morning. Fog lights were loose almost fell off. They rework lights to were now bumper was hitting tires and rubbing. Came back also to install radio work never done 2. 3 times went in for the lights finally was told let's lift truck. I was truck is lifted already but I was sucker to buy lift and charged the labor. Turns out they did trim on bumper instead and never got refunded for gift or labor remember I paid for the Installation from the beginning cash. 2. Radio fuck dont get me started the original radio I bought wasnt good for the system I had. So I bought a new one from them 1600 for a big screen radio. Install completed. But couldn't add my music. Air conditioning wasnt working camera view was all screwed up. Bit most off all a major popping noise Took in truck 4 more times to get it fix. Amd still having issue. Ac now doesnt turn off. And people still cant hear me via Bluetooth real bad issue got a ticket for using my phone speaker citation It wasnt hands free. Ughhh So radio still an issue this adventure turned out be a bad experience and a costly. The first time I walked in, I noticed there are multiple awards for Tint competitions that Dan has won. They also only carry Solar Guard and are one of the bigger manufacturers of Tint Film and offers a warranty that A-1 stands behinds the film and his installation. Warning: Yes, you might find a cheaper Tint quote at the local swapmeet or some car wash that does tint also, but they might use some inferior Film brand to save a few bucks and the installation could bubble up, discolor or peel after time. To me I rather pay a little more to get a quality film and award winning skilled installation. Better to pay one time for quality than to pay 2x for a crappy tint! Just go with A-1! The Trophy's and Awards in the lobby speaks for itself!
