If you're OK with small air pockets scattered randomly in your tint but don't want to pay over $500, than this place isn't that bad. The quality of the tint they use is good, 90% of the tint was installed without any flaws. But the 10% with random air dots can be annoying if they're in your field of view. Some of the dots were too small to pick up with a cellphone camera and are only visible at certain angles. The owner told me I would have to drive back out to Riverside so he could inspect his work but for me, living in Orange County, it wasn't worth the drive. You get what you pay for. FYI, these pics were taken 2 weeks after the tint was installed. read more

After a rock hit the middle of my windshield the other morning on my way to work it left a nice sized chip with small cracks around it. I quickly looked on Yelp for a repair place and found Clear Choice Windshield Repair & Tinting. I wrote Caleb a message asking for a quote and he replied back very quickly. Called after I got off work today to confirm when I could come in. Just a heads-up for anyone using their GPS to find them. Do not use the built in directions button that Yelp provides. Their address is correct on the page, but once you hit directions it'll switch to a different address that is up the street taking you to an area with a bunch of warehouses. I called Caleb when this happened since I didn't realize the address had been changed till after the fact. He was very nice and redirected me to where I needed to go. They are located inside of the Quickies Carwash so just park there. Once there I parked my car in one of the carwash stalls and he got to work on it right away. Took about 20-30 mins to get it done. Caleb also took care of two smaller chips that he found as well. It was $50 well spent as the damage is not nearly as visible as it was before and I don't have to worry about the cracks getting bigger. Caleb did a really great job and was very kind. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband brought our car here to repair a chip he got on the freeway. I called before hand to make sure they had time to see us, and told them we'd be there between 5-5:30. At 5:15 I got a call from someone saying if we were coming for our 5:15 appointment or not. The guy saw the chip said it would be no issue dealing it, and it would be 95% invisible within 48 hours. He also said they only take cash. He seemed rushed but we didn't think much of it. The chip disappeared instantly but the small crack didn't seem effected. The next morning the small crack was about 10 inches long. I called and they assured me this doesn't happen and to bring it back in. We brought it back and the guy was very rude to me and talking down to me regarding my concerns about the integrity of the windshield. He said he sealed it twice and we went on our way. The next day after work the crack extended the length of the windshield. My husband called asking for our money back, and was told by Caleb they would have to get it approved by corporate. The next week after not hearing anything and Caleb not returning my husbands messages, I called myself. Caleb proceeded to say there was no approval needed by corporate and didn't know who said that. He also denied the business being cash only. He was rude on the phone and kept avoiding my questions. I ended up hanging up and planned on just driving down there. He called me back and said we could come that day for our $50 refund. He said he'd call me back to tell me who would have the money. He never called me back, so I called and he said he didn't have the money. We had another unpleasant conversation and he ended up giving a check to my husband. read more
