It got pushed back at least 3 times and they simply did not show up a couple of times, without any advance intimation, despite setting up a time. When you call back, they recognize your number and sometimes simply don't pick up. When you ask to speak to the owner, that person is ALWAYS traveling (unless a bill has to be collected on). TL;DR: Terrible company, not the best prices, PATHETIC delivery times. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

When we reached out again, his office delivered the message that he was too busy servicing contract clients. We had to hire another contractor and found the original install was improper causing a leak that eventually completely drained the system. On top of it, the brand turns out to be a low budget unit.
