Reschedule appointment comes around, I drop it off and sure enough 40 minutes later "hey the new windshield is scratched, have to reschedule" Again I say "why in the world are you waiting until I drop off my car and am gone to check it?" The guy says "hey man we do 30-40 cars per day we don't have time for that..." Mind you I've not taken time off work twice, dropped off my car, uber home, have to uber back to pick my car with no work done. Total waste of my time. AND this is after they call, email, text a hundred times to confirm you're coming, again and again and again. Fool me twice as they say...never again will I go to through safelite.
