I moved into an older home and needed to paint several rooms. I planned to do it myself, but after painting one room, realized it was too big of a job. Carlos slept through our initial appointment and when I reached out to find out what was going on Cindy responded. She was extremely apologetic, so I decided to continue. I pointed out the rooms I needed painted and the numerous imperfections in the walls. She assured me they could handle it and get it done quickly. I decided to go with them as the price was fair and they were able to get the project done sooner than other companies. At first glance things look good. But, after the first night I had major concerns. They ruined my brand new refrigerator and gouged a deep scratch (about 7-8 inches long) deep into metal, got paint all over the other side of it, and someone used steel wool to clean my stainless steel sink. Carlos came back and was apologetic again, though implied that I had done the scratches to the sink by saying thy at he hadn't taken pictures of it before. Though was able to get the paint off the refrigerator, but nothing to be done about the gouge in it or the scratches in my sink. The second day he brought his young son (7-8 years old) it was July and a pandemic, so I didn't really mind. But he started going g through my things, keeping me from working. No one corrected him until Cindy came several hours later. When they were done Cindy have a $200 discount for the damage and assured me they would contact me In September to replace my sink. Things on first glance seemed okay, so I agreed. Needless to say I have not been contacted and I still have a scratched sink. They also got paint splatters on a brand new and at the time untreated railing, on my brand new carpet, on my brand new appliances in the kitchen, on my sons' toys that they hadn't even played with yet. They did not sand or spackle any imperfections in the walls (granted I didn't ask them specifically to do this, I assumed they would since they were pointed out). They moved a counter j was having built so a dishwasher could be installed, didn't put the screws back, threw out the shims, and didn't level it so when it came time to install the dishwasher it had to be redone completely. Then today when going to change a bulb in my recessed lighting I found they painted over all of the covers and I can't get them off. I would stay far far away from them. *** Edit*** Photos of added. I did contact them right after I moved into my new home and about 10 days prior to my twins 1st birthday. I did ask about timing and since they advised would be able to get it done prior to the party - it's why I chose them over others. I contacted Cindy minutes after Carlos left the first day. I included the text conversation in the photos. I was advised by Cindy they would contact me in September when their busy season slowed down. Had they I might have a different rating. read more

Update: I used them again on another project to paint a porch with exterior paint. The paint is literally chipping already! I reached out to Cindy and she told me after a week that there is no warranty. Don't waste your money! Hire someone who can guarantee their work or at-least is proactive at fixing it! read more

Fast Painting was a great value! Their price could not be matched by several estimates we received for painting 7 rooms, hallways and stairs in our house. I needed a quick, quality, and reasonably priced paint job for my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. This husband-wife team exceeded all of my expectations! They were extremely responsive and communication was excellent throughout the whole process. They took care of everything from prepping the space to purchasing the paint to cleanup afterwards. Amazing service by Cindy and Carlos. They are a great family owned business that are reliable and honest. They are fairly priced and will give you quotes based on your budget. I had a horrible experience with a cheat contractor who left half way with horrible work and Carlos stepped in, brought his team and fixed a lot, finished painting the apartment and redoing the floors. They had no problem doing touch ups after they were done and even helped us dispose off all the construction trash. I live 2 hours away and I was managing everything over the phone and Carlos was reliable with timing and quality of work. They respected the building rules and provided all the paperwork required. Cindy, his wife communicated and kept me updated with pictures and constant communication. I highly recommend them, they are kind reliable and honest people who do great work and take full responsibility of their actions. We had this company come out for an estimate. We explained what colors we wanted and where. We had all the materials and paint. After agreeing on price they came to do the work. We realized the bathroom, kitchen and hallway were painted the wrong color. They insisted that's the colors we discussed and that we were wrong. Luckily we remembered he took a video on the day of the estimate detailing what we asked to be done. They agreed to repaint the bathroom and kitchen the correct color. But not the hallway as in the video I did not correct him on the color( that was our fault). After the painting was done there was a mess left. Dust and paint splatter on the hardwood floors dince they must have used a paint sprayer along with trash bags and plastic left behind. I would add pictures if I could. Would not use this company again. read more

I do not give reviews, especially bad ones. But I feel the need to share my experience. This company is not a professional painting company. We hired them for a rather big project - painting a 4500 sq ft home top to bottom (walls, ceilings, doors, trims, etc.). We wanted it all white - walls flat, trim satin white. They came, looked at the house, assured us they could do it and we moved forward. Their price was in line with other quotes but we support small businesses so we gave the project to them. They used a sprayer and painted all the walls flat white (we paid for the paint, they bought flat and satin). When we asked them why the trim was flat, they insisted it was satin. We painted a sample satin to show them the difference, at which time they agreed to repaint all the trim satin. They were supposed to paint the baseboards satin, all the baseboards are half painted or not painted at all. Expensive new doors were painted terribly, leaving paint bubbles, unfinished portions, etc. The owner fought with me about everything I wanted them to fix. The only reason I give them one star and not zero is because, one, I can't, and two, the owner's husband took full responsibility for the terrible job and came back for a few days by himself and tried to fix it all. It didn't help because he didn't fix much. We spent so much extra money fixing their work. I would highly recommend supporting another small business if you want your home painted. read more
