We had just purchased two new vehicles and wanted tint on our windows, especially now that it's hot. My sister recommended Tint Pros. My husband was calling around town for quotes. We liked the quote they gave us so we scheduled an appointment. They were able to take schedule us in at 8 am. For two vehicles they quoted us that it may take 4 hours. We were able to drop off one car, then when car one was done. We can drop off car number two. When we arrived, we were greeted by a gentleman who checked us in. He confirmed what we wanted on our cars (the tint percentage and which windows). We left car number one and about one hour and 15 mins. later, they called and said they were done and we can drop off the second car. After we dropped off the second car, about 1 hour 20 mins. later our second car was complete! We checked out the tint job throughly and it was perfect! We went with the ceramic on both cars and we are so happy we did. Our cars look amazing and it sure did keep a lot of the heat out. Wow! Where to start? Tint pros came highly recommended from a family friend. Alex, took care of my Model Y from start to finish. He was very thorough with explaining what the different levels of tint were and which ones were within law. Fast, friendly and efficient. I had a good experience when I got my previous car's window tint done here, so when I got a new car I hit up Tint Pros right away. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and asked when I could come by the next day, they were pretty open so I arranged to go in at 10am. Alex was already out front when I arrived and was very helpful. I had regular tint before, but decided to go with ceramic this time. They were also able to add on a clear UV-blocking film for the front windshield, which is something I've been meaning to look into for a while now (I get burned sitting in the car for hours, pale girl problems!). Alex called when the car was ready to pick up around 1pm and we were helped out by Daniel who was really friendly and chatty. He's an enthusiast and was able to recommend a shop for some work my husband wants to do on his car. While there, we asked Alex for a quote for PPF (paint protection film). The quote was competitive with the few prices I could find listed online, and I trust them so I didn't feel the need to shop around. We dropped off the car the following Wednesday. We also asked about where to go for ceramic coating and it turned out they added that to their services about a year ago, so Alex was able to give us a quote for that right away. It was a little higher than another service I quoted but, again, I know they do good work and he was able to do both the PPF and ceramic coating at the same time, so I was happy to pay for the convenience. There were a few hiccups with getting the PPF installed since it was a new job for Alex. The car hood has some big ridges in it which were a bit of a challenge. It ended up taking a few visits to get it right. Alex took a training course between attempts, though, and it looks perfect now, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him if you want to get PPF or ceramic coating done. He is a perfectionist and made it clear that he wouldn't ask us to pay until he got everything right. Since it took a few visits we agreed on a new price, which was lower than the original quote, and which I think we were all happy with. I hope this goes without saying but they were respectful of our time and of the car, were true to their quotes, gave us good after care instructions and were generally just really easy to work with. read more
