BE AWARE!! The warranty does NOT cover peeling. They said it should never peel. Ours did and although it should 'never' it wasn't covered under warranty. Had to pay $100 to fix one window that began to peel. Does that make sense? Absolutely not. Very disappointed. I will be looking for a better warranty next time elsewhere. read more

Got to give a shout out to TintPros , read the reviews and on a recommendation and close to my job I called. Made contact with Alex, who by the way is informative and polite. Requested on tinting for our new "23" CX-9, literally just purchased night before and was amazed on the attentiveness and options of tinting products. We obviously opted for the ceramic tint for all the windows excluding the windshield. Provided a price over the phone and headed to TintPros literally this morning, dropped off the CX-9, and was amazed to hear that the vehicle could be completed at noonish. Tint pros is by far the best. Who wouldn't get their windows tinted and have lifetime warranty. I had my Toyota Camry tinted with the ceramic tint 6 years ago and the tint is still outstanding. Now this place is always the place I'm taking my car. My boyfriend and I took in his Honda Accord in for the ceramic tint and it came out amazing. We choose the ceramic tint which is the best quality. I like how they are able to give you a quote and they stay within the quote they gave you which is always a plus in my book. The response time was great. They will reply within the same day. We were helped by Steven. He's knowledgeable and very polite. He told us about their lifetime warranty how it covers scratches, peels, chips, and even if someone smashes your window it is covered with no charge. He even paid for our lyft to work, since we brought our car back in, because there was a scratch on the front windshield. I was not expecting that and it was a very kind gesture. I am very pleased with the customer service. I will refer my family and friends to this place and to see my boy Steven. Side note: the car windows was tinted 20% all around and the front windshield that is not suppose to be tinted was the lightest tint they had. I'm not sure what the tint is, because prior to that we had a 45% and was way too dark to see inside the car and didn't want to get a fixing ticket so we took it back in to get a lighter shade. I had my car windows tinted there in 2020 and this year I had my car window broken. They offered a lifetime warranty on my ceramic tint and I was able to walk in and get it taken care right away. I didn't pay for the replacement tint but there was a little tear on the other window that wasn't covered but they charged me a reasonable price to have it redone. I did have my clover receipt to show as proof. I always recommend them to people who ask for recommendations. read more

I just want to say this place of business is stellar! Alex is an exceptional business owner. I purchased a tint for my 2011 Toyota Corolla back in 2012 from his previous shop on McKinley. At the time I purchased the tint it had the lifetime warranty. Recently I noticed the tint film started bubbling and peeling after 11 years. I went to Alex and asked him if he would honor the Lifetime Warranty, even though it was several years ago. Alex did just that, he had a new tint installed and it's all good again.
