My car was supposed to be completed on May 15, but it is now June and it still is not ready. Last week, I was called and told that the car was finished. I drove more than two hours to pick it up, but shortly after getting on the highway, multiple error and malfunction warnings appeared. I immediately brought the vehicle back. When I asked about having the car taken to a mechanic closer to my home, I was told that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. However, I had just driven it for nearly an hour on the highway after being told it was ready for pickup. This situation is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about the quality of the repairs and the communication regarding the vehicle's condition. They offered to deliver the vehicle for my inconvenience. No mention of a fee, then when it was ready wanted to charge me $300 dollars in gas. read more

The day before a major snowstorm, I was faced with the reality that my snow blower had a bent impeller blade and would be largely ineffective unless fixed. I brought the front end assembly in to Finish Line with the hopes that they could "finess" the blade back into place and throw a quick weld on it to keep it there. The owner did ask why I'd waited until 4:30pm the day before a blizzard to get this taken care of, which I felt was a valid inquiry. I tried my best to explain that I'd been working on it for a few days and had only just noticed the state of the impeller and connected it to why the chute would clog if you even suggested that it be introduced to any snow. Nonetheless, he said if I could get the auger/impeller assembly out of the shroud, he'd give it to one of the guys to see what they could do. 10 minutes later I had the assembly out and he sent it in to the shop. While I waited, several customers were in and out, and many phone calls were answered. For a small business, this place is hopping! And based on the interactions that I heard, there are many repeat and loyal customers. The wait was short, and in 20 minutes I had my impeller assembly back and was sent on my way for an extremely reasonable price. I got the blower reassembled that night, and it ran for hours the next day keeping 18" of snow cleared off our property. My back and I can't thank the guys enough! read more

The new owner, Mike, leads an excellent team of careful, honest, and talented workers. I recently had a rather large repair done at Finish Line and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Mike handled all of the insurance paperwork and reporting, took the time to clearly and simply explain the work that needed to be done, and then communicated throughout the repair process. Both he and his office manager were communicative, thorough, and hones. My car was returned in a timely manner and the craftsmanship was excellent. Gary was a great guy. He was very patient with me calling every single day for a whole month to see if was my car was ready but they were taking so long but they kept finding other damages on the car and had to keep going back and forth with the insurance but all together they seem to treat my car like it was there own that they were fixing. What kind of a company hires an employee to work 3 days a week 4 hours a day to help out in their office and at the time of the Hiring agrees to after 3 mos to pay a little more than what was agreed to at the time of being hired? Then 3 mos later when it comes to abide by their promise before it is brought up by employer or employee they call the employer on the phone and dismisses them with a lame excuse saying they closed out their July reports and saw that they can not afford to keep that employee employed but yet all in the same breathe had hired 2 new auto techs a week before. You telling me this employer can not afford to pay the employee they just dismissed $126.00 a week as busy as they are with all the customers coming in with work that needs to be done to their vehicles.? Yeah oh come on!!! This place is busy as heck and they can not afford $126 a week? Thank you for doing me the favor!!! I am glad I am not there!!! To lie to someone and cold stare them in the face everyday and hardly speak to them when they are there is unprofessional anyway. Back in July I was in a car accident and my insurance company recommended Finish Line Auto Body to repair the damages. And I am so glad that they did! They replaced all the damaged parts with authentic dealership parts and fixed anything that needed ... well fixing. They made my car look exactly like it did before and run exactly like it did before! They also finished all repairs to my car a lot sooner than I expected! In late May 2014 I was in an accident and brought my car to Gary (owner) at Finish Line, after having a great experience with him and his staff in 2008. When I got the car back it was better than it was before the accident, and I noticed how many small details they paid attention to. After the accident I ran into a few small issues with a window switch and Gary immediately took care of it. The previous experience I had in 2008 was also excellent. A few years after the accident I had an issue with a fender that was replaced curving inward slightly because of a broken bracket. I brought it to Gary fully expecting to have to pay for it given the length of time it was since the accident. When I asked how much it would cost Gary looked at me like I was crazy and said, "We stand behind our work." VERY honest, reputable business. We had work done on our car at Finish Line recently after a deer encounter, which our car ins. covered minus a $500 deductible.We were also fortunate to have car rental coverage for the interim. Gary ,the owner, was very nice and helpful through the whole process. We are fairly new to this area and I think I can safely say that we have found a trustworthy place for any future issues we may have. They take a little more time than some places, but I believe that is because they want to be thorough and give each customer excellent service. They do amazing work and don't cut corners. We had a similar comprehensive claim some time back and that place charged our car insurance more and gave us our car back in far worse condition than before the accident.We had to foot the rest of the costs to get it back to prior mechanical condition.With this incident, Finish line took care of every issue and our car looks great and most importantly,..is working great.
