Eight years and six cars later, I keep coming back to G5 Tint, and there's a reason for that…read more The owner, Ricky, is a genuinely great guy. Whether you pull up in a Rolls-Royce or a Toyota Tercel, you'll get the same level of respect and service. That consistency matters. Most of my visits have been for window tint, and I usually go with their FormulaOne Stratos film, which has always come out flawless. This time, I decided to go all in with full tint and Ceramic Pro. Part of the Ceramic Pro package includes paint correction, and they absolutely nailed it. The finish on my car came out incredible, deep, clean, and better than I expected. The tint was just as perfect. There's a reason this place has a perfect Yelp score. They've earned it.

They quickly responded, asking me why I wanted to tint etc, once I explained why, they emailed me a detailed quote and broke down doing the roof separate from the windows. I visited the shop this morning to see what I thought and what tint value I wanted. This place is super clean with a Q-U-A-L-I-T-Y waiting area with soda and chips. The people who work there are super friendly and knowledgable about what they are doing with tint. I had them to the sunroof glass panels only with the mid grade ceramic and not that dark either. The result is amazing how much heat is coming off the glass into the cars interior, it's like night and day. So, I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone. I am not easy to please when it comes to work like this.

I've been involved in buying and selling cars for many years, and throughout that time, Pro Tint has consistently demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and an exceptional attention to detail. I've brought multiple vehicles to them for a variety of services, including stereo installations, window tinting, and paint protection. Each experience has exceeded my expectations. Automotive technology has evolved significantly; systems that were once straightforward have become highly complex. Because of this, I'm extremely selective about who I trust with my vehicles--and Pro Tint is the only shop I rely on. A standout example of their commitment occurred when my brand‑new 4Runner developed an issue unrelated to their work. Jeff and his team went above and beyond, dedicating hours to diagnosing the problem and helping identify the cause--without charging me for their time. Their integrity and dedication are unmatched. If you want quality workmanship, honest service, and a team that truly cares about its customers, do yourself a favor: go to Pro Tint first. In this industry, when things go wrong--as they sometimes do--you'll be grateful you chose a shop that genuinely stands behind its work.

The tint installation on my Tesla Model Y had air bubbles, fingers (creases), and visible light gaps in the roof, windows, and front windshield. I brought the car back twice to have the work corrected As Ryan liked to advertise his "life time warranty". The first time, nothing was actually fixed. The second time, instead of redoing the work properly, they used sharpies and black vinyl tape in an attempt to cover the flaws. On top of that, they never registered my warranty with XPEL. I had to go onto XPEL's website and register the car tint myself. Only after I complained to XPEL directly were warranty cards finally ordered for me. Because the issues were never resolved and considering how much I paid for the tint job, I was forced to use XPEL's warranty program due to the visible flaws(and there were many). I took my car to another more reputable tint shop (I do not want to say the name here), another certified installer from Xpel's website, to redo the job. That's when I learned how bad the situation really was. During the removal, the new tint shop found that the roof was not Xpel tint, rather almost none of the tint used was even Xpel besides the driver side door. I paid for full XPEL XR+. The new shop showed me photos comparing what Sonix installed to real XPEL XR+, and the difference was obvious. Since this was a warranty claim removal (Xpel paid to remove the Sonix custom tint) the new shop had to send a report of the findings to Xpel So no this is not just some over the top claim of a dissatisfied customer. There are documented photos and sworn statements/reports to back it from a neutral third party. This entire process was stressful, time-consuming, and disappointing. I went to Sonixcustom because they were certified by XPEL, but what I received was poor workmanship, mismatched products, and an experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone else. I only implore anyone who had work done here to verify that they got the product they paid for.
