Didn't hear anything from them all day so I called around 3 to get an update. They closed at 6PM so I wanted to make sure it would still be done the same day and I was there on time to pick it up. I was told that they needed trim my bumper so the tires wouldn't rub and asked if it was okay. I said sure that's fine. So I pick the truck up around 5-530 and it LOOKED great. I drive home to Amelia and my tire pressures were unusually low and all giving different readings. I check them and two of my TPMS sensors are leaking, BAD. I find a tire shop that was open at almost 8PM and go in. The TPMS valves were completely torn and the sensors were mounted BACKWARDS! So I had to pay $250 to have that fixed after just spending $2k!! Also they "forgot" to give me the lug socket for the wheels. Called as soon as they opened (9AM) the next morning to give them a chance to fix the issue and all I got was "I'm sorry to hear that, I THINK we have some time on Monday if you want to bring it back". Absolutely will not spend another penny at this place
