Due to the cost of the replacement and recalibration I wanted to make an insurance claim. After getting my information, she set up a conference call between me, her and the Allstate Glass representative. Super easy. This time, I had two shattered side windows (just some of Richmond's delightful vandals having a good time). They got my car in quickly, replaced the windows, and even vacuumed all of the shattered glass out of my car!
