I chose this shop based on price and reviews. Before scheduling, I emphasized that I wanted all glass tinted with Xpel prime XR plus and I was told "yes." When I arrived, I again reviewed what we had discussed over text, specifically "all glass," and Xpel prime XR plus. I was reassured and confirmed. When I picked up the car, I paid more than the agreed quote but when they brought it out, I saw that only part of the glass was tinted. Instead of honoring the agreement, they offered to add two smaller pieces as a workaround, but I had made it clear from the start that I wanted one-piece tint. They could not deliver what was originally promised, despite multiple confirmations. I asked for a refund, I was denied and forced to reschedule for a later date to fix their mistake. To make things worse, when I got home, I tested the tint with a meter and discovered they did not use Xpel Prime XR plus film as agreed. If Xpel ceramics was used the IRR should show close to around 97% but Instead shows a much lower quality, they bait-and-switched me with a cheaper non ceramic film to maximize their profit. Also the more I look at the windows the more imperfections and bad cuts I find. This was misleading, unprofessional, and dishonest. read more

I did two cars with them and there was an issue each time. With the Durango due to bad scheduling on their part I had to bring the vehicle back a couple times. Due to they could not complete the work. I was told I would have stripes from hood, roof and back. They did not tell me they could not do this and did not mention it when picking up the vehicle. I noticed it later and when calling to ask why. I was told they could not due it because of the roof design. Yet I was charged the same rate. My tail lights were supposed to be tinted and it was not done. The Infiniti similar situation and decided to wait until they can actually do the job in the agreed timeframe. We walked through what was needed I was even called again to talk through what was needed and it was messed up. Showing them what was wrong. The wrap on the doors within a few days started peeling and coming off. I was told it would be corrected when the wrapper is back from vacation I texted and was told it would be set once the wrapper came back from vacation. I called a week later and was told the wrapper is back and when trying to schedule the corrections needed I was given the run around and was told I will be called in two days. Well I'm still waiting for the call for them to schedule and correct what was done wrong. It comes down to the communication, service honoring the work done and when an issue arises work with the customer to resolve the issue. Don't ghost the customer. I've spent almost 3k on the vehicles and both have issues. I would love for the owner to reach out to me. I've called and asked to speak to the owner but that has not taken place. Terrible customer service. Will never recommend or go here again. I have to my windows fixed somewhere else because these morons tinted over my inspection sticker and failed to tell me about cutting it out beforehand. I then called to ask about fixing it and they said I needed to pay to have it fixed even though they tinted over an inspection sticker in the first place. Very rude and terrible job done. They do not honor their warranties and leave bubbles on windows. read more

Wouldn't recommend this place at all. I wanted to see How the car was looking and the guy called me a "creep" for trying to see Then he shut the door. When the car was done I immediately saw large bubbles on the front window. I let a few days go by and there are still multiple small bubbles and scratches on the tint. I had my windows tinted on 08/03 and they came out perfect and look like an original equipment tint from the factory. The staff was very professional and courteous and completed the job quicker than promised. Having tried to tint the windows previously myself the value for the quality of work was better than I could have gotten by continuing to buy the home installation kits and not doing nearly as well on the installation as they did for me. I would not hesitate to take another vehicle to them for tinting and other services. read more

Over priced car wash..We paid $160 for the supreme car detailing. After 3 hours we arrived to pick it up the truck and found the rims were still filthy. We mentioned it to the person ringing us up and he told us that he'd steamed them and they were stained. We went home & with 1 spray of goo be gone and a paper towel the dirt started to came off.. The vacuuming job was terrible as well my husband found a lollipop stick right in the open.. There was Dust still on shift console... Don't waste your money here.. can you give negative stars??? read more

I just had my 370Z detailed here for 250 - paid in advance (their "best" package"). They called me after 4.5 hours to pick it up. When I opened the passenger side door, the door jam was not touched. When I looked at it and asked him to clean it - he barked "do u know how big your car is?"- I have a tiny two door. And "do you want to watch me break my back trying to clean it again". He started wiping it and the dirt immediately come off with his back intact. The rest of the car was just as bad. I posted some pics as well. This is obviously not a 250 dollar job - I have had better jobs done for 100. I called to let the manager know. He said "bring it in later and we will touch it up". read more

The quality of their work on window tinting has gone way down. Multiple visits were required to achieve an acceptable result. Each time met with this disclaimer, "I don't wear white gloves. We don't work in a clean room". The results do bear this out as there were constantly bubbles (the car's fault?), scratches and other imperfections in the tint. One Star for poor quality plus one for their perseverance. We will not be back. read more

First off, it took almost 20 minutes for someone to even come speak to us. Owner had a terrible attitude and prices were too high, more than double what you would pay compared to other stores around the area. The place is a rip off. They were even selling "rim protectors" that don't protect anything if u hit a curb for close to $100. You can get that on eBay for less than 10 bucks. I recommend tint guy if anyone is ever looking to tint their windows, much better price and the owner is much more personable. read more

Bunch of Armatures, nonprofessionals A wrap job was supposed to take 4 hours, then 6 hours, then 8, then leave it over night. Next day, was half way done, parts were wrapped, are peeling off, edges are coming out, seams are showing whats underneath.. like someone who is learning as they go. Bad experience, I made an appointment at the beginning of the month at 8:30 am so one week before I changed the time appointment to 11 am. so I went to get my car tinted, the owner came out and I told him I had an appointment set up, he didn't even knew I was coming, then he said to come back at 1 o'clock I told him I live 40 minutes away how you expect me to come back, he said because his workers called out sick, and whit a sarcastic nasty attitude said "he doesn't do miracles" I just left and never came back. read more

Went for tint on my sunroof. The work quality seems acceptable thus far, but the condescending way the guy behind the desk treated me was enough for me to never go back. I got double charged. When I mentioned that the first swipe read approved, he said with his nasty attitude, "do you want to come look at my computer?". So a second swipe obviously lead to a double charge. It took me over a week to get my money back, after several calls. Then the charges couldn't be electronically reversed so I had to make another trip to Salem (45 minuets away) to get a check. When I inquired what tint percentage I had chosen, the response I got was, "did you look at your receipt?". I had. "Well it's on there". It wasn't. When I asked him to show me where it was listed on my receipt, he finally admitted it wasn't listed. Lousy customer service. I've already encouraged people to avoid this place and I encourage whoever is reading this to as well. read more

After complaining about the awful job done to my Jeep, I had an employee by the name of Ronnie check out the issues. Ronnie agreed that the detail done to the interior of my vehicle was poor and the painted calipers were a disaster. So Ronnie booked me a second appointment to have the interior of my Jeep detailed and calipers re-painted. I was told the job would be completed in one day. On 9/26 the service was done to my car. I dropped it off at 8am and by 4pm my car was ready for pick up. I had a co-worker drop me off in a police cruiser and was immediately met by an employee who stated that the cruiser in front of the building was bad for business. Anyhow, I checked the work and noticed that the interior detail was done just as bad as the first time. The vents were not cleaned, door jams done poorly and inside looked like it had been detailed with one rag. The calipers were a disaster. The paint was already chipping and cracked in certain spots. The original paint color on the calipers was also visible in certain spots. When I pointed this out to the employee, he stated that he could have someone touch up the paint with a brush. I declined since I did not want to drive my car away with wet paint on the calipers. It looked as if they had spray painted over the old paint once again even though I was promised that the old paint would be stripped, surface treated then calipers re-painted. When I voiced my displeasure with the service for a second time, I was told the job should have taken two days. I then reminded the employee that they booked me for one day. If I had been told it would be a two day job I would have been ok with that as long as it was done right. The employee then told me "I can see how this is going" and immediately offered to give me $100 back. Mind you the service cost me $790 (had a lighting issue corrected as well) and I now lost my car for two days. Not to mention you would think they would at minimum re-wash my car for as a gesture of good will. Customer service is awful at this place. I am extremely disappointed! I took the $100 check refund but did not cash it since I have hired an Attorney to seek reimbursement for damages caused by this establishment. I have included photos in this post for your review. Please do not get work done at this place. I have already been contacted by several people thanking me for helping them avoid disappointment by not going there. Update: On 9/27 the owner and I had a conversation. We agreed to a negotiated refund and parted ways. read more

Awful customer service. Scheduled two different appointments for two different cars and when we showed up for the first appointment, they said it was moved to the following day. They proceeded to argue with my fiancé saying we were wrong and there's no way they would have messed up their scheduling. No apologies. No willingness to fix THEIR mistake. Also, while we were there, there was another upset customer complaining that his subwoofers didn't work that were installed and we witnessed terrible customer service by another employee towards this customer. No one here knows how to talk to customers or schedule appointments. Waste of time. read more

I had the windows tinted on my BMW, the result was excellent. Knowledgeable and professional staff helped answer all my questions and completed the job timely and with attention to detail. I spent $1,000 on getting a remote starter and other stuff, and when I went to get my inspection sticker they told me I couldn't get it because there was something wrong with a connection they said take it back to tint world. So I went to explain what happened and they told me with a attitude that he never heard of that being a problem and since I didn't have a appointment he wouldn't even take a quick look at it like I asked him, so I went to pro sound down the street and the owner Rich came out and looked at it and all it was a fuse that most likely tint world blew when they did the work only took pro sound 10 minutes to fix, so I know now we're I will be going when I need anything done to my suv. read more

I went there 01/18/2016. I will update as I the Tint ages, and I get my HID. I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda 6. The modding bug hit me, and I was looking for things to put on my car that would have use, as well as aesthetic brilliance. Window tinting was one of them. I asked around, and I ended up at Tint World. I planned on going in to talk about pricing, but one of the gentlemen working there gave me a VERY good deal I could not refuse on the tint AND HID install. I was in a rush, but they quickly installed the tint, and told me they would get a good price on HIDs. The tech was very polite and friendly. He made sure I knew how to care for the new tint. All in all, my only "complaint" was that I couldn't get on their wifi. Now, the service is a bit pricy compared to other window tinting services, especially around the lower MA area. So this will definitely be a point to remember should I have to update, since I am heavily relying on customer service to justify the price. To close, very clean cut, and professional place. Don't waste your time or money on getting tint done here... I've gone back three times for poor installation, and this time around the passenger door stripping on the inside of the door on my 2018 Sierra 1500 was bent backwards scaring the tint all the way down the whole window obviously from not taking your time on tinting it correctly so I took the door panel off and fixed the felt trim then brought it in... they said ya that not covered under warranty and we can't do anything about it but charge you to do it again. So much for there 100% warranty on scratches mind you it wasn't even from normal wear it was from original install. Don't waste your time and money or energy at that go the a better tint place maybe a mom and pop not a franchise. Where they actually take there time and don't rush jobs. read more

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TINT WORLD EVER! My experience was by far the worse tint job I have ever had done. Not only are there bubbles in every window. But, they also burnt my interior door panel, ruined my two front speakers with the enormous amount of water that was dripping down my doors that I had to wipe all down when I got home. There was a 1-800 assist sticker on my window that was taken off. Which was fine, however instead of throwing it away it was stuck to my father's obituary picture I have in my car. The manager did replace my door panel and was very professional in how he handled the situation. I did not pay for the tint due to the fact of them burning my door panel. The unfortunate part is now I have to take it elsewhere and have the tint replaced & eventually purchase new speakers. read more

I'll start out by saying that these guys have a beautiful shop, convienent location and appear to be at the top of the tint market, however after my experience there recently I was left feeling as though I should have done the work myself. I had dropped my truck off to have all the windows tinted but upon picking it up they only tinted half of them and upon questioning why they couldn't do the others Dan replied with a simple," I can't do it". Not only was I disappointed about this but upon driving home the tint on the back windows began to fall off and the tint on the side windows has sand or dirt between the tint and the glass. I had immediately called to get to the bottom of this as I was charged full price but received half the work and after explaining my situation I was met with a "we're closed" and a hang up. I'm self employed and value every bit of my customers and will do what it takes to make them happy, I only wish they could have offered to make it right or fix it, but Dan clearly doesn't have the same values as a practical business man does. Mikes signs in tyngsboro ma not only fixed the tint he did it for free. I highly recommend to not shop at tint world in Salem nh. I've never felt so taken advantage of or mistreated as a customer. My business depends on repeat customers and I'm sure that Dan will see in the future that the way he treats people will stop that flow. The guy who answers the phone when dan isn't around is also very rude to the point that I absolutely refuse to keep calling in hopes I'll be able to talk to Dan about correcting this.
