Scheduled an appointment to get my front two windows tinted to match the back two of my truck. I had to work but my mother took my truck in for me. They had her call me to verify that I would be okay with window tint over the legal limit, I gave them the verbal okay to do so. When my mother dropped my truck off to me at work, I was in love. Got a same day appointment and they even called to ask if I wanted to come in sooner. It is just a no nonsense fast and quality window tinting place. I have had 2 cars tinted here. Decent prices, lifetime warranty. My second time here I got the second highest quality tint (the CTX) and it looks great. Pro tip: They have to tell you that a certain VLF % is illegal. I'm all for supporting small business but avoid this place by all means. Called to get a quote on a window Tint for my 82 el Camino and I was quoted $250 over the phone. I decided to take it in and the Asian man said it would be $500. What a rip off glad I didn't do it there went elsewhere for $170 but the exaggeration on their prices is completely a rip off they are taking advantage of people and that not ok. From the minute I called on the phone, I knew this was going to be a phenomenal experience. The owner and staff are extremely and genuinely friendly. Seriously. I come from California where everyone is generally pleasant to deal with - moving to MD, that has not been my experience, so I can't say enough how refreshing it was to be greeted by a friendly voice on the phone , and even friendlier face in person, Mr. Cho (the owner). I called and they got me in on the same day! The other places I called didn't even try to see if they could squeeze me in which I understand, but it just goes to show how chill Mr. Cho is about his business. I was in and out in a little under an hour which was nice! I don't know the name of the other guy, but he was super helpful in explaining to me all of the different types of tint film brands and what they do to protect the vehicle, etc.. Truly disappointed. I was referred to this business through a friend of mine went out there expecting great customer service. Unfortunately I was met or Tint quality but most disappointing was to find out that the owner cared nothing for customer service. I drove over an hour out there to get my windows, tinted my windows for the most part we're fine except for one window. He creased the tent and didn't put a new one on and just decided to send the car out to me I noticed that there was a huge crease in one of the windows ask Tim to replace it and instead of him helping the situation, he immediately went to say I don't do perfect Work here's your money I'll take the tent off Goodbye. That is not how you run a business and in my opinion. I do not recommend this place based on that because the work was faulty. I do not recommend this place based on the fact that the owner is unprofessional and careless and reckless with how he treats his customers. read more

I only trust Llumar window film and looked on Llumar website for an authorized installer. Called a few in the area to confirm availability and that they had LLumar IRX and Air blue in-stock. Tint Inc. was the only one that carry both and had availability same day. However decided to wait off and schedule during the week to avoid busy weekend. I was late for my appointment due to traffic, that was not a problem they went to work right away on the windshield. I told him I wanted the front to match the rear privacy glass but also want the rear to have film for the protection against UV rays and summer heat. He explained that wasn't legal and told him that's ok. I'm fine with 15% in the front and he recommended 50% in the rear to match. I asked about 40% he said the rear would look darker but better for privacy. I took his advice and went with 50%. When they got started on the side window he came back to tell me "final chance it's not street legal" I said I understand. About a hour or so later it was all done. Super polite people, great price for Llumar film. When I arrived home to inspect the work everything looked great. My only complaint was Water streak were left on the rear door panels but that wasn't a deal breaker for me since I carry interior spray with me at all times. read more

After contacting the owner, Mr. Cho, online to get tint quotes, I set up an appointment with them to get our relatively new Chevy Bolt tinted. I wasn't completely decided on which one to get when I got there, but thankfully Mr. Cho had available swatches and helped me decide. We ultimately went with the Llumar Air 80 (also a ceramic type film), and it was amazing! Definitely helped especially with this brutal summer heat! Mr. Cho and his team did a fantastic job from the minute I arrived. They finished the job at exactly the time they quoted (40 minutes). The place has a decent waiting area as well. In terms of professionalism, they can't be beat. No cuts or scratches on the car whatsoever. No bubbles or imperfections on the film, either. The other sweet bonus is that the specific type of film we got is backed by a lifetime warranty, so that makes us feel extra good about the service. Will not hesitate to bring all our vehicles here in the future for our tinting needs. Well done, guys! read more

Very unhappy with this company's customer service. I purchased the Johnson Renegade Tint for my car in 2014, I also paid extra for a lifetime warranty for the tint which per my order slip includes "bubbling, peeling, and cracking." About a week ago I noticed the tint on my back windshield had begun bubbling so I called to schedule an appointment to have the tint replaced as this clearly falls under the warranty that I paid for and was informed by the gentleman that answered the phone that he would not honor the warranty, even though I have the original order receipt in front of me stating that it would be covered. Although the company is the same the new ownership obviously operates very differently. He did however offer to have me come back in and pay full price again for work that obviously was not done properly in the first place, no thank you I will take my business elsewhere.
