Right now they have The Hildebrandt artwork collection on display with some incredible pieces on the Hobbit, Lond of the Rings and other fairytales. That area does not allow photography. The other areas hold UVU student artwork for you to enjoy. It's nice because they'll allow kids to sketch the artwork not in the collection piece, for school as my son needed to for a school art project.

The exhibitions were thoughtfully arranged, easy to follow, and paired with helpful descriptions that actually made me want to slow down and read them. There were plenty of students around to answer questions, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. It ended up being a wonderful stop on my trip and one I would happily recommend to anyone visiting the area.

There weren't any standout pieces or amazing selections that would particularly draw visitors. However, it is a quaint spot that offers a variety of media, so there is something for everyone. The collection leans heavily on modern and post-modern genres, which could be interesting if that's your preference. Overall, it's a decent place to spend an afternoon if you're in the area, but it's not necessarily a must-see destination for art enthusiasts.

There are plaques and signs that explain the items, but they read more like a textbook and don't really capture my attention. It almost has a middle school science fair vibe to it-things on display with a lot of text next to it. Doesn't really tell a story or inspire the reader in a way that leaves an impression. Of all the museums I've been to (and I love museums), this one was pretty "meh." However, it's free, with easy parking onsite. That's something!

In the back is where all the magic happens. The main area is a student curated exhibit hall. Since it is newer, there is room for some major potential.
