I had a nightmare of a time picking up a RV dryer that had been ordered through the Camping World…read moreOnline store. They were awesome. The glitch was that if I wanted it delivered to where we are staying I would have to pay close to $200.00 delivery fee. I chose to had it delivered to the Boise Idaho Camping world Store for me to come and pick up. We are currently and have been almost 3 hours from there but it was cheaper for me to go get it and I could do some needed grocery shopping. It was supposed to be delivered this past Monday. I decided to call first to see if they got it... good thing I did. It was not there. I called on Tuesday...again...not there. This morning I called the Store again and was told it was not there. They said I needed to call the Online store to have them track it. So I did. After some investigation the lady on the phone said she would call them and put me on hold. She came back and said that it WAS there. Had been since Tuesday. Even though EVERY TIME I have called I have been told "it was not there". The lady from the Online Camping World shopping told me she let them know that I was on my way to get it. By this time it was after 2:00 pm. I had already told the person who I talked to at the store that I was living almost 3 hours away and would take some time to get there. We hit rush hour traffic. Got to the Camping World store in Boise Idaho 5:45 pm. Went inside and let them know that we were there to pick up the Dryer. At this point all I got was "there is no one here to get it down from our storage upstairs" said over and over again. The two girls at that check out said it. The one girl said that she was the one that I talked to and said that was like 3 hours ago... OMG Yeah it was over 3 hours before. DUH..since that is how long it had taken me to get there. Of course I said I wasn't leaving until I got the dryer since it would have been stupid to go all the way back home. Couldn't stay over night because we have our dogs back at our RV. I raised my voice and then a floor supervisor came over and told me to stop yelling. TRUST ME IF I HAD BEEN YELLING THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN IT. But she kept saying that over and over. She finally told me she would find a supervisor after threatening me by kicking me out of the store. She kept saying Stop yelling. OMG. A man finally showed up and he said let me get someone who can get that Dryer for you. My advise to everyone in the Boise area. DO NOT GO TO THE BOISE CAMPING WORLD STORE IN MERIDIAN.

We purchased a 2026 Forest River Wolf Pup from Camping World Meridian. It has been returned for…read moreservice four times and has not been usable for a camping trip. Camping World's work orders document an electrical defect that damaged our upgraded batteries, a leaking fresh-water tank, a stabilizer jack and entry door requiring replacement, a broken compartment frame and hinge, separating tank heaters, underbelly damage, intermittent slide and water-heater operation, defective flooring, loose panels, trim problems, and other workmanship defects. We were not given an adequate walkthrough before signing the financing documents. The dealer also failed to disclose that the water and sewer systems still contained winterization products. We paid $250 for an independent RV inspection. During an August 14 call, management repeatedly stated that the trailer was safe but declined to provide the written repair, testing, and quality-control information we requested. Camping World proposed temporarily moving a fresh-water tank and stabilizer jack from another trailer to ours for vacation. We would then return our trailer so those parts could be removed and replaced later. Management would not provide written confirmation regarding Forest River authorization, warranty coverage, parts condition, testing, or how temporarily taking the trailer might affect our dispute. We did not authorize this proposal. We formally revoked acceptance and requested a replacement or buyback. We continue paying the loan and insurance while unable to use the trailer. We have lost vacation time and missed planned family camping opportunities. This matter remains pending under Camping World Executive Escalation Case 06808397. We will update this review if a fair resolution is provided.

We purchased a new fifth wheel from Bish's in May 2023 and ultimately opted into the "Diamond…read moreWarranty" package (an additional $13k), as we had never owned an RV before and wanted to cover our bases. We were told this would cover pretty much any issue (interior or exterior) that we could potentially run into for the next 5 years, as well as annual inspections. Fast forward to spring of 2026, when we were ready to sell our unit and get out from underneath the AWFUL financing terms we signed (reiterating that we were brand new to the RV world and should have known better, but sometimes lessons have to be learned the hard way). We went to schedule our included inspection and address a few warranty issues but were only met with sales tactics and extremely poor communication. Calls and messages went unanswered, and we were initially told claims would be opened--only to later find out they had never been submitted. I had to physically go in on several occasions to get any sort of response, and we were eventually pushed by Wyatt to purchase a "$2,000 inspection for $1,300." We then began working with a new team member who finally opened the claim and got us the inspection that should have already been included in our warranty. From there, we were given little to no guidance or communication and ended up handling the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer ourselves, including gathering documentation and scheduling the repair. During the inspection, we were told there were additional concerns, including needing new seals and a potential brake issue in the next few years. However, we were informed none of these would be covered under the warranty because they were considered "maintenance items," which was extremely frustrating given the cost of the warranty and how it was originally sold to us. After the unit had been in their possession for three weeks, it was returned with additional issues: wiring had been poorly repaired, one of the exterior decals was scratched off, and two plastic pieces were broken off in the unit with no explanation of where they came from. The entire experience was incredibly disorganized and unresponsive. The "comprehensive" warranty coverage did not match what we were sold at the time of purchase, and we were clearly taken advantage of. Buyer beware - the entire situation felt like a ploy to get as much money as possible.
