a follow up to my previous review…read more We've now had our stunning 2025 Brinkley Z 3100 for a few months. Firstly we are absolutely thrilled with the Brinkley, quality, finish and engineering detail is really outstanding, We've had a few travel trailers before buying this 5th wheel and really cant comment enough about the quality of this RV. As per my previous review we were very happy with the entire sales process. Unfortunately we needed the assistance of Bretz and Brinkley to help resolve a painful issue we had with registering the RV out of state. A tedious and time consuming matter. The support I received from both Bretz and Brinkley was fantastic. A really big thank you to Ridge, Jessica and Kaylen for their assistance with this matter. Seriously your assistance was greatly appreciated. It's really great to know that after the check has been cashed and the RV leaves the lot that there is ongoing solid support. Once again thank you so much, I'm not sure how long it will be but one day when we are ready to upgrade our Brinkley, Bretz will be our first call.

(our first mistake) Also, when we arrived to pickup our newly purchased RV, certain items which were supposed to be included had been removed by staff. (Again...Wish we would have left right then and there. (Second big mistake on my part) Consequently, we'll NEVER make another purchase from "BRETZ RV" again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Shortly after taking…read moredelivery of our new Arctic Fox Edge trailer we discovered two major issues: the refrigerator will not cool below 58 degrees (rendering it useless and unsafe for food storage) and the factory Arctic Fox rug has permanently stained the linoleum flooring due to a plasticizer migration defect. When we brought these issues to Happy Camper they immediately blamed Northwood Manufacturing. While Northwood did step up to approve the replacement linoleum material under warranty , they refused to cover the labor to install by our local dealer. Only way they would replace it is if the trailer was brought back to their factory. Happy Camper is claiming the trailer "didn't leave their lot like that." A plasticizer chemical stain takes over a week to form and bleed into the flooring proving this defect was brewing right on their lot. We bought a brand new premium trailer under a 1-year bumper-to bumper warranty to avoid these exact issues. Instead of honoring their warranty, Happy Camper and Northwood are playing the blame game, leaving us with spoiled food, stained flooring, and a broken promise. "Unacceptable service."

We purchased a new fifth wheel from Bish's in May 2023 and ultimately opted into the "Diamond…read moreWarranty" package (an additional $13k), as we had never owned an RV before and wanted to cover our bases. We were told this would cover pretty much any issue (interior or exterior) that we could potentially run into for the next 5 years, as well as annual inspections. Fast forward to spring of 2026, when we were ready to sell our unit and get out from underneath the AWFUL financing terms we signed (reiterating that we were brand new to the RV world and should have known better, but sometimes lessons have to be learned the hard way). We went to schedule our included inspection and address a few warranty issues but were only met with sales tactics and extremely poor communication. Calls and messages went unanswered, and we were initially told claims would be opened--only to later find out they had never been submitted. I had to physically go in on several occasions to get any sort of response, and we were eventually pushed by Wyatt to purchase a "$2,000 inspection for $1,300." We then began working with a new team member who finally opened the claim and got us the inspection that should have already been included in our warranty. From there, we were given little to no guidance or communication and ended up handling the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer ourselves, including gathering documentation and scheduling the repair. During the inspection, we were told there were additional concerns, including needing new seals and a potential brake issue in the next few years. However, we were informed none of these would be covered under the warranty because they were considered "maintenance items," which was extremely frustrating given the cost of the warranty and how it was originally sold to us. After the unit had been in their possession for three weeks, it was returned with additional issues: wiring had been poorly repaired, one of the exterior decals was scratched off, and two plastic pieces were broken off in the unit with no explanation of where they came from. The entire experience was incredibly disorganized and unresponsive. The "comprehensive" warranty coverage did not match what we were sold at the time of purchase, and we were clearly taken advantage of. Buyer beware - the entire situation felt like a ploy to get as much money as possible.

(*** NEVER SHOP AT CAMPING WORLD ***) I shop at Camping World for all my RV needs. This was my…read morerecent experience. I called to get the install kit (faceplate, control box and thermostat) for my GE rooftop AC unit. These kits are all different and not compatible, you need an expert to know which to order. I called CW, they are busy, take my phone number to call back. They don't. 3 times this happened. Finally a woman says she can find out, I give her the serial number and model. Next day she doesn't call, I call back. You can use this kit "XYZ" Ok. You're sure? Yes! GE said that is what you need. "Ok, go ahead and order for me. Well, if I order it, it will be $80 extra as it gets shipped to us first." (I really didn't care) She insisted it would be easier and $80 less if I ordered myself to my home. I did. Open the box, immediately I can see it's the wrong item. I call, 4 times on 4 days, someone is saying they will call back. Never do. I go into the store, drove 40 miles with the unit. The girl says, "oh! That must have been Veronica, let me get your number and I'll have her and the manager get back to you." No one calls. I call multiple times with messages for the manager. He never calls. Finally I call and get a parts counter guy named Kevin. He says, he's well aware of "my story", that "they've all talked about it". And HE DOESN'T believe me. That they won't return the item, it's on me, because "I pressed order". He claims "why would we have you order it, I make commission?" I said, "you are saying I am lying?" "I just made up the $80 and the multiple phone calls it took me to order this?!" "Yes, I don't believe you." Mind you he isn't the manager but says" they will not be returning the item to GE for me, I can call them myself." Wrong! I ordered this by THEIR telling me it was the one. I am not the subject matter expert, that's why I called many times trying to get the parts. I called corporate customer service and was stonewalled as well. I would never order an air conditioning part of something I have no knowledge of without their involvement. Now they expect me to just eat the $271.00 that they erroneously said was what I need. (ChatGPT in 5 seconds told me it was the wrong parts after it arrived). They don't answer the phone, they don't return calls, they don't have the manager call, they expect you to lose money on their behalf and they CALL YOU A LIAR, repeatedly. DO NOT SHOP AT CAMPING WORLD. You have options. I'm now in the market for a new Grand Design or Keystone Raptor toyhauler. If CW were the only dealer for 500 miles, I'd drive it to avoid ever giving them another dollar. I always defended CW to others in the past. I liked that they are nationwide, have large professional stores, parts counters with actual people. NEVER AGAIN.

The trailer ended up having many issues and I only kept it for 8 months and used it once and I had to pay $1,600 for repairs and not one of them was covered by the plan. I traded the trailer in with Unchartered Recreation and went to Leisureland on 12-2-24 and cancelled. At that time Katie told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks before I would receive the refund. Long story short after many many calls to Leisureland about where the refund is and one excuse after another I finally called the warranty company who told me the refund was $1,152.68. They told me Leisureland had the refund and they should be giving me the check. I paid $2,100 for the plan. Katie tried to tell me the check was sent to the bank to which I said I have all the paperwork to prove the trailer is paid off as it was a trade in and they said they sent the check to the bank anyway,. Next step I go to the bank with all my paperwork and by now it is March talked with them and they informed me the loan was paid off the beginning of December so they have no info on receiving any check and if they did receive it they would have returned it to Leisureland as they would have no place to post it, as the trailer was paid off. They told me to go to Leisureland and get a copy of the letter they sent along with a copy of the cancelled check as they have NO record of it Back to Leisureland and after almost 5 months I have no money and no copy of the letter or check they supposedly sent to the bank I would never deal with them again, they talk a lot about honesty and integrity but in reality there is no such thing with this company. I guess I will be taking them to small claims court as it is my money they are holding and its a pretty black and white situation. Theresa Butz
