I found MULTIPLE websites that list it for 350 less. They have a "LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE" tab on their main website. https://jetcitylabel.com/pages/lowest-price-guarantee I called, filled out the necessary online form, called them back immediately after ordering the item to either match the MULTIPLE OTHER sites that meet their lowest price guarantee criteria and they refused. I told them I want to cancel, they said okay I will cancel. I recently hear back from them saying that it must've shipped already. That is literally impossible with the timetable I did this all in. They refuse to cancel my order and are telling me, now i have to pay for the printer, refuse delivery, and then that is how they will give me my return. In other words, BAD BUSINESS, their price match guarantee is completely false, and when I asked if i can call the people who would send it to me, they also REFUSED to give me that number. They would rather send an email and spend the money of a customer that is asking for them to honor their False Advertisement, which is illegal mind you. Either the workers of this company are lazy and don't want to do their job by doing their jobs, or they are just horrible business men and women. I deal with a multitude of companies on a day to day basis for the past 15 years and in my last 15 years of working with anybody, I have never come across such rude people before who refuse to do their jobs.
