They buy and sell used books and this place has A LOT: books (they also have rare/signed books on the floor and behind the regster), vinyls, and pictures. The front of the store has a more organized setup that label the shelves of what genre and the back of the store is where they keep their clearance items. I liked that they have staff picks descriptions or personal takeaways written on small note cards on the shelves and lots of places to sit around the store, especially in the back. I also noticed a sign on the wall saying you can rent out the clearance room in the back for events which is neat.

This store has the same type of fantastic inventory you find in Massachusetts, just fewer ducks guarding it. Every space that can reasonably hold a book shelf has one. Good Things is very similar to the General Store, but has more items I personally would purchase. I particularly love their children's section, the selection of clothes books and toys is superb. Slightly disorganized, with books, DVDs, and CDs here and there, I absolutely loved it. And what amazing prices!!!! They had a little bit of everything, including both paperback and hardback. Many of the hardbacks were only $1!!!! Considering you're going to pay $20-$30 for a new one, that's a heck of a steal. I managed to get 7 books for $16. I would have bought more but had to buy a bag just to get all of these home as it was. Support local!
