We had a good run until we didn't. We initially hired Cindy for a first birthday shoot. We enjoyed the experience so much we would travel from where we lived for family photo sessions for a few years after. But the years progressed the communication became lacking. I would need to follow up on different forms of communication to get a response.. sometimes waiting until the 11th hour. The final straw was a last minute cancellation. And I can empathize for reasons given. Have always had great experiences with Cindy. She customized our cake smash sessions, even finding ways to utilize family heirlooms in the photos. She is so so good with kids - she gets the best smiles out of my little guy. But, I also like that she captures the little details like my baby's fingers and toes. Mrs. Cindy is amazing at what she does. I have been taking my twin boys to her since they were newborns.
