I've loved that I've developed a relationship with both of them and they both enjoy playing Pokémon Go! As far as the infant room teachers (currently) Ms. Monica and Ms. Sheni are amazing! When my son started at 4 months, he was the smallest kid there, but they work with him everyday to ensure he's hitting his milestones and learning new things. He's learned how to clap, be more vocal and recently graduated to eating more solids with their help. He gets excited in the mornings when he sees either of them and that's a true testament to the care as re they provide at ChildTime. Even the teachers that do not directly teach my son, but sub in the infant room know his name and provide excellent care to him (I'm lookin' at you, Ms. Jen!) My only qualm would be the parking lot area (mostly on the church side) has some seedy people hanging out there often, but ChildTime requires a passcode to enter the facility and they have cameras and live streaming up as well. I was a former Disney employee when I brought my son here and when I left Disney and came back this place has gone through many Changes. 20204 was the construction of expanding the infant room, next along with that construction teachers left, 2025 they brought in new teachers, the start of the new year 2026 now new admin and director. I am sorry for my disney employee. PLEASE FIND OTHER DAYCARES I get it it's convenience and the income discount it gives for us but I'm sorry you are dumb to have your kids still here. Yes childcare is expensive but there's other resources out there to help with childcare. There was a recent disruption that had occurred in the morning that ms cole and admin staff just picked up and left along with the chef. something seemed off when I went in that morning and was already worried to leave my son. while I had to go to work. I had called around my lunch and spoke to ms Perla Arrieta about my concerns I had felt. as watching the video I couldn't work. there was 23 kiddos mixed in a classroom toddler kiddos with early preschool kiddos with 2 teachers. I was worried about the ratio she had mentioned they are within the ratio and I couldn't believe it. my sister is a daycare provider and she said there needed to be three teachers with that many kiddos. I had explained to her of what has been going on and that I'm on the urge to pick him up. she said WELL IF YOU LIKE YOU CAN PICK HIM UP. She did not empathy me on this other than saying "we are looking for admin to replace their spots " and as of Friday 1/09/26 my son will NO LONGER WILL BE ENROLLED HERE. I have been fed up with this place as coming back. hoping and loving but I couldn't put my child through this. My empty goes out to those teachers who are there to watch and care for our children. this place just worries about MONEY rather than to care and support the team of the teachers running the show and it's the complete opposite. I hope they can really open their eyes and find other daycares that will deserve them and appreciate them being apart of their facility. I cried explaining this to them and they all will my miss my son attending. I will keep in contact with the teachers we are leaving behind the friendship and trust with my son They have built.
