Ahri had a great weekend stay at Pampered Pets Bed & Biscuit! The staff is super kind and easy to…read morework with. The only hard part is they are under staffed in the boarding area so sometimes getting ahold of someone to book is hard. However, when your dog is staying they instantly pick up because they have enough staff in that area. Ahri seems to be exhausted which means she definitely has a blast! It was a little over $220 for three nights, four stars package and a deluxe sweet. She also got a bath before we picked up Ahri. Keep in mind though she stayed over a weekend which made the rate higher. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your dog or cat!

Dekalb's had it in for us years because we took a cat back for marking it's turf on our carpet An I know a shelter is there to give a pet a loving home that I get an respect. I wish I could give negative stars. The animals are not being taken care of at all. High humidity…read morespecies kept in glass tanks with paper towel, the feces is never cleaned out, the water bowls are rarely filled, there is dark lines on the paper towel from their ceiling leaking into the tank (a lot of tanks and their floor was flooded) they didn't change it for MONTHS. 98% of the snakes have absolutely no hides or caves, are kept on paper towel, and in some cases nothing at all. Animals with layers upon layers of stuck shed and eye caps. The place is riddled with mites and the owner Logan says "if u put a pest strip and soak the animal in bleach it will be fine." He is also a scam artist and the employees agree. One employee admitted that the business is going under. That's why prices are so high and the animals aren't getting the attention they need. The employees also admitted that the owner is not as knowledgeable as he seems to be. He has given me many absolutely wrong husbandry tips and doesn't really know what he's talking about. But, if you aren't knowledgeable yourself you should be able to trust the staff and the owner that they will give u good information. But, unfortunately that doesn't happen here. I saw so many disgusting dreadful tanks and the employees just sit at the front and talk all day instead of cleaning or feeding a lot of their extremely underweight animals. This place needs to be shut down and those animals need to be rescued. Absolutely Disgusting

We added our Boston to our family in June of 24, and he shook things up triggering some more reactivity from our COVID puppy (4 year old Boston x Beagle mix). Our BT also had issues with being neurotic and barking at drips and such, despite passing his CGC. He came in and was able to work with all 3 of our dogs on their interpersonal dynamics in a manner that you can't get in the training arena. His detailed plans and inclusive interaction with all of the family including our 16 year old (when she is in the mood to attend) has been great. We have well defined goals and are able to call him back out when we're ready to move on to the next issue. Thanks Trevor!

This is not a Petsmart type of store, so you won't find leashes and a million unnecessary toys. They do, however, have some high quality dog and cat foods (Taste of the Wild, Canidae, etc). Homam's also has a great selection of bird food and bird feeders. You can even buy live meal worms here. They are also dog-friendly, so all well-behaved pups are welcome to stroll on in and get some free petting in. We can always use more dog-friendly businesses! It's also a nice source of dog-related activities and services when you check out their bulletin board. Fun Nose Work and Agility classes, anyone? The only reason I didn't give the a full 5 stars is because I do wish they had a some more premium dog foods available (e.g., Blue Buffalo, Innova, Evo) and preferably in the 5-6lb bags, too ("trial size" ). Otherwise, I greatly enjoy having this store around. Check it out for yourself!
