The chicharon (pork belly) had a delightful crunch on the crackling side yet a soft, moist, and flavorful meaty. The morcilla (blood sausage) and chorizo were delicious as well. My company had the traditional beef Sancocho and the flavors were spot on. This location, though not in the tradional "Hot Spot" of Central Florida (ie: Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Park/Garden) it is by far a wonderful gem.
