They told me they would be able to remove them. They set me up with an appointment two days later, and their detailer showed up at my residence perfectly on time, how convenient. A rarity these days in the service industry unfortunately. Nick came, and with an air of confidence, told me that he would get rid of the swirl marks left all over the car by the dealer. He immediately went to work on the car, and a couple to a few hours later, the car was shining and all the buffer swirl marks were gone. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed also. I highly recommend Race Day, as someone that has used them, and will use them again.

I had a free car wash on my receipt from a previous wash I wanted to use before it expired on May 9. The receipt was a little faded which made the bar code hard to read. The car wash attendant even tried to help me by looking at it and entering it for me. But unfortunately after a two attempts he was like sorry I just can't read it, it's too faded. That's not my fault though. You could still read the part on the receipt where it says Super Star Car Wash Coupon Redeem for your FREE Clean Wash. He said sorry that's too bad, I can't read the code to enter so you have to pay. Now it's not like I couldn't pay. I just wanted my free car wash honored and it wasn't my fault the receipt was faded. That's how it printed out for me. Anyway he got annoyed, frustrated and was a little rude about it and then tried to sell me their monthly plan for unlimited washes. Like I'd buy that after his rudeness. I bought a basic wash and went on my way. Just honor the free car wash I clearly had the receipt for. Is it so hard to say, oh that's hard to read but I'll honor the free wash for you. Why be a butthead about it? Needless to say I won't be back at this location anytime soon. If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. They recommended Fix Auto. The experience was easy and seamless. They worked directly with the insurance company and did a great job completing the body work and front-end alignment. Cons: I picked my vehicle up a couple of days before Christmas. I drove home, and when I walked out later that day, I noticed a huge puddle under the car. A few days later, when I drove the car again, I turned on the AC and realized my previously ice-cold AC was not very cold. Over the next few days, it completely stopped working. I called Fix, who advised that I call USAA. USAA advised that it was a problem with Fix Auto, not them. When I brought the car in, Fix Auto briefly inspected it and stated there was no way their work could have caused the issue. They offered to repair it, but only at my expense. There was no effort to investigate further or take responsibility. I took my vehicle to another mechanic and had to spend nearly $800 getting it fixed. They said the AC line had been punctured. I told them about my interaction with Fix Auto, and they said it was, in fact, very likely that they accidentally punctured it while doing their work but then didn't want to own up to it. Mistakes can happen. That's not the issue. The issue is the complete refusal to take ownership, the lack of accountability, and the dismissive handling of a legitimate concern.

However February of 2026 I dropped off one of my vehicles that had been rear ended at very low speed, minor damage. They took weeks to repair the vehicle but when I showed up the paint and reassembly looked like a toddler did the work. They promised to make it right, after several more attempts to repair the car they finally had it looking good enough for me to take possession. A couple months later the paint started to flake off of the bumper because they hadn't prepared the bumper for paint correctly. More weeks at their shop, got a call that it was completed and perfect, I showed up to pick up the car and the paint work was not remotely decent and now they had added a dent to a body panel that was never part of the repair. This shop cost me 3 months without a vehicle, never offered to provide a rental vehicle, and refused to pay for the half dozen or so Uber rides I had to take just to drop off and pick up the vehicle between their attempts to fix the vehicle. They now refuse to fix their mistakes. The car looked worse after their months of work and I was forced to trade the vehicle due to the unsightly work. Worst body shop experience I've ever had anywhere! Avoid this shady business!
