DONT GO THERE!! HORRIBLE Customer Service. Manicurist Hoang Phan started to do my full set for an Almond Shape. I realized that he was shaping it towards one side and was 'leaning'. He kept shaping it trying to fix it so finally I showed him from my point of view and he realized it. He then got mad and starts snipping off the tips of my acrylic nails - yelling in his language. idk what he was saying so I wasn't sure what he was doing and I sat there Because I thought he was going to start over. he then left me sitting there in the chair confused and a lady who spoke English came up to me and said I needed to leave. I asked why and he said that it was my fault that my nails were crooked and that I needed to leave (literally all I did was sit there quietly and tell him that it was crooked). I was sitting there with the half-dried acrylic, jagged-edge nails not sure what just happened. I asked if anyone can finish it and the lady named Jennie who told me what he said, said no one else in the salon does acrylic nails. Which is total BS because I've gone to others who were in there and they were there. Literally did nothing wrong but tell the manicurist that my nails were "leaning" to one side and he got mad for his bad work and snips off the tip of my nails without any type of explanation. from the moment you walk in the door the guy doing nails looks up at you like you have ruined his day for walking in. I feel like there's something psychologically wrong with him because I was in there another day and walked out as well due to his hostility. I asked the woman in there a question and she said I'm not talking to you... what is wrong with these people that they think they could take your money and they're going to treat you like that? they should close down and do Gallup a favor. read more

First I asked for a manicure didn't get it. I feel she charged me for it anyway. My pedicure and toenails look good from where I can see. My nails are a disaster like others have commented they have lumps and weird shaped. They look like I did them myself. When I pointed out my disappointment the small thin older lady with glasses wouldn't hear me. Every-time I said anything she kept talking over me. Very rude! Needless to say no discount was offered and I paid $106 for poor quality service. There is no reasoning with them. The men get all quiet and the ladies face become solid. I went here for a fill with some of my teacher friends while they got manicures - one got sns nails and the other got acrylics with gel or something. None of us were happy with the services. My fill was $19.50 before tip (I'm used to paying $15 before tip), I am not a fan of the shape they did when they trimmed them, and within 24hrs, they started to come up in the corners again. My friends hated the shape of their nails. We all asked for square round, and they got just square, and mine are kind of square round, but are really uneven. One of my friends, her nails look like she had them done a week ago, when in reality it's been 2 days, because they look like they have grown out that much. Now, one of my friends goes here for just a regular manicure all the time and sees a specific lady and she says she does a good job, but the lady doesn't do fake nails. I also go here for eyebrow waxing and am usually reasonably happy with the results. But, if you want quality fake nails, do NOT go here. read more

Do NOT waste your money you'll get bamboozled they have rate's they don't go by ... & they will rush your pedi and not dry the polish basically a disaster I had barely dipped my feet in the water and she rushed the process of scrubbing my feet when I say she rushed the process she literally got done in about 5-7 mins and every where else will let you relax and spend more time giving you a spa experience but NOT TIP TOP oh I forgot to mention they talk a lot of crap in there Language. Okay so I only come here for my pedis and i decided to give this place a dry for my nails. The guy who did my nails was so rough and when he was first shaving the part of my pinky nail on my right hand with the one nail drill and he went into my cuticle area and it started bleeding. after he did the nail and the powder he sent me some other lady which she did the design nice and did a good job. I went back to get them fixed because i had called and told them my problem with the nails and they told me to come in and i did. & the lady who fixed the one pointy finger nail for me because it was lumpy seemed like she didn't mind until i told her about the other nails that i had a problem with and she gave little attitude and the guy who originally did my nails chuckled a bit about it. she didn't fix the rest and wasn't okay with how the attitude was so i just left. Don't try this one!!! Sooo BAD... I Absolutely do not recommend this nail spa!! I was charged $50 for a new set that is completely messed up. I am now going to a different salon to remove and now have to pay again for another new set. I told him twice that I wanted super square shaped nails and they literally look like spoons!! Tried to talk to the manager..: she did not care or even try to fix it. The guy who did the nails got pissed and walked away going off but I couldn't understand what he said. Horrible set of nails. This was my first time going and my last time going to get my nails done here. I got a mani from one of the ladies and she was kind and did my nails correct and neat. Then I ended up breaking one of my nails and wanted a pedi when I went back so I did that and the guy that works there did my nail and my pedi. He was so rough and made my nail lumpy and shorter than the other nails. He even made my nail bleed when I got the pedi. He only cured the gel polish for 40 seconds instead of 60 seconds. After my pedi the gel was still goopy and when I went back the lady who fixed it had an attitude and the guy just laughed about me. read more

So I went to get eyelash extensions and when tHey were done they were hard and stiff and she glued them onto my actually eyelashes instead of feeding the between my natural ones. I went to get them removed and the lady poured the adhesive remover directly in my eye. I ended up going to the ER and went blind in my right eye had to be put on medication and see an optometrist. They were going to fly me out to see a specialist because my eye was so bad. I'm going to sue them for what they did to me. It was the worst experience of my life. And the lady didn't even care! She just stood there while I was crying in pain. I had to ask HER for water and a tissue and was rinsing my own eye out for 30mins. It was absolutely ridiculous. I asked for my nail shape to be coffin, but my nails look more like almond shapes.. gel nail polish sucks it's has visible streaks,also asked for a design, with all the nail design pallets there was told me the lady was not there that does them! I was very disappointed with this nail salon. First they did not slough off my heels during my pedicure. When completely done, I asked why do my heels still look so rough? I was told "Oh, we charge five dollars extra for that. Obviously, I was confused but regardless if you charge extra for a service, you should at least inform the customer and give them the choice of whether or not they want the service. Secondly, I can see right through to the nail polish to my nails and finally, they did not shape my nails the same as some are square and some round. I paid $40 for a manicure and pedicure. Rude customer service. My friend speaks Korean and Chinese and they were bad mouthing clients. I was referred here but will never go back. They were homophobic and transphobic. I was called names. My nails were unfinished and had paint everywhere on both toe nails and fingernails. They messed up my thumb cuticle and it hurts! omg it was awful!! They would not answer their phones after this. Do not go here! I put up with a lot of bs around town being trans but this was particularly difficult. I was depressed and sad after. And my nails hurt. Very unprofessional place of business. I never had a problem w this place until recently, I am usually happy with my results getting my eyebrows done. But recently They have been messing them up on purpose I feel, just to be immature. And today was a WHOLE other story. Every single employee was so rude, no greeting from any of them or anything. I signed me and my sister in and we probably waited for half an hour until we actually got them done. And our shoes were muddy for personal reasons, and we didn't notice until we were already there. Otherwise we would have left. I tried cleaning up our mess and the MANAGER snapped the towel from my hands. And then tried being nice about it. And I had trouble getting my credit card out of my wallet and what does the manager do? She rolls her eyes and walks away. And then takes forever to cash us out. Also, I only got my nails done there once and I never went back for that. They made me bleed on several fingers and didn't push back my cuticles at all. And they would always burn me with the electric nail files and when I would pull away from jerking they would say I moved. Like what??? I have had a lot of problems here and only go back because my mom insists. Every time I go for a pedicure either my mom or I (or both) are left with our feet soaking for at least thirty minutes before someone finally starts on us. This last time we went I got my finger nails done as well. The shape that the guy did was not what I asked for and when I asked him if he could fix it he got upset and then made the shape even more narrow and my nails short and stubby. Horrible job. Destroyed my nails. I stated that I did not want Gel but they did talk me into it. By the next morning three or four of the nails were lifting and one completely came off. I was leaving for a vacation so I took the hour drive back into town to have them fix them and they accused me of "washing dishes." (I told them that I haven't even taken my shower yet because I was desperate to get these fixed...no water other than mild hand washing.) They were rude and cut off the lifted gel parts and then buffed my nails down so thin that I was in pain for weeks. When I got back from vacation I went to another salon whom, when they saw my nails, asked if I had gone to "Tip Top Nails." They stated they always get get women coming from there whose nails have been ruined. They stated that it would take about six months to grow out. (Took eight.) They sent me to Sally Beauty to buy nail repair items and when I asked for the kit there, they, as well, asked if I had gotten the damage from Tip Top. read more
