He then got mad and starts snipping off the tips of my acrylic nails - yelling in his language. idk what he was saying so I wasn't sure what he was doing and I sat there Because I thought he was going to start over. he then left me sitting there in the chair confused and a lady who spoke English came up to me and said I needed to leave. I asked why and he said that it was my fault that my nails were crooked and that I needed to leave (literally all I did was sit there quietly and tell him that it was crooked). I was sitting there with the half-dried acrylic, jagged-edge nails not sure what just happened. I asked if anyone can finish it and the lady named Jennie who told me what he said, said no one else in the salon does acrylic nails. Which is total BS because I've gone to others who were in there and they were there. Literally did nothing wrong but tell the manicurist that my nails were "leaning" to one side and he got mad for his bad work and snips off the tip of my nails without any type of explanation. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I am a nice person and I explained what I wanted to the guy doing my…read morenails.. Turns out he doesn't know English. So when I asked I he could fix the French manicure so it wasn't covering 1/3 of my nail the owner (the only one who speaks English) told him to take off the polish and charge me for a manicure and ask me to leave. Then she walks away.. I was in shock. I was not being rude or uptight and she didn't have to act like that. Do yourself a favor and don't EVER go to this place. I ended up at JHM Gym and spa and I am not happy with the mean LA nail lady but I'm so glad I found the pleasant ladies at the other salon :) I even got the body wrap!!!
