It was a little more than I would had paid, but it was green screen and LED changing colored lights (which where never brought out) I rented out the service for 3 hours which cost me $600 of wasted monies, I would have done her so dirty and ignored her and not paid her the remaining balance, but Karma is not something I'm good with. Her attendant was drinking from our bar as if she was a guest and she took pictures as I posted of the catering service. Agatha gave me the excuse she probably thought they where guest??? How freaking stupid do you think I am , or how drunk was your attendant? The memory book was crap, I looked at all the pictures on their website and several are missing from the memory book, and NO it is not free for me to download my own wedding pictures. Agatha told me 1400 pictures where left behind??? How? We where at the event till past midnight, when the wedding ended at 11pm to clean up, so why where they not given to us when they closed the booth at 10pm. It's very clear that this 5 star reviews are fake or paid out, all of them have less than 30 reviews and no friends, the purpose of friends and reviews is for other yelpers to look towards you to guide in whether or not to use their services. Yet again, over stressed out by wedding preparations that I didn't even check the yelp reviews, I just went by the referral.

We came to this studio for a family photoshoot and a birthday solo session. Our photographer was…read morefantastic, communicative, guiding us through poses, and well-prepared with tools to keep both our baby and dog engaged with the camera. BUT the administrative side and studio reliability are major issues. We actually should have seen the red flags on our very first visit when we came to book our appointment. No one was inside the studio, and another family was waiting outside. We let it go at the time, but the exact same thing happened at pickup. Since I had my baby with me and wanted to avoid driving over only to wait around, I called in advance to confirm someone was there and explicitly stated I was on my way. Yet when we arrived, the studio was locked and empty. We ended up waiting for quiet awhile for someone to show up. If staff needed to step out, basic courtesy and sound business practice dictate that you inform the customer on the phone. To top it off, no itemized receipt was provided. While the photographer did a wonderful job, the repeated unreliability and lack of consideration for customers' time mean we'll probably just go somewhere else next time.
