All I can say is that Stephanie's expertise and guidance truly set me up for success when I delivered and breastfed for the first time. After our session, I knew the basic ways to hold my baby cross body - tummy to tummy - and in football hold, how to position my nipples for an optimal latch, how to keep my baby awake while she was feeding, how to unlatch properly, how to burp the baby and overall just have the confidence I needed to breastfeed as a first time mom. Lots of friends warned me about cracked and bloody nipples and how they couldn't wear bras or clothes for weeks because they were in so much pain. Stephanie's guidance spared me from the bloody, cracked nipples!! Sure, I was sore from the newness of it all but I was able to wear bras and clothes from day 1 and this is because Stephanie was able to teach me all the right ways to position myself (my posture), my nipples/areoles, and my baby's latch. When baby wasn't latched right and it was painful, I knew how to safely fishhook my baby's mouth open to start over. Breastfeeding is a really daunting, scary thing to do for first time moms but Stephanie really takes a humble approach to address your concerns, she shares information with you slowly and also provides great demonstrations so you can really get the hang of it. Another perk about choosing Stephanie as your lactation consultant is that she is available to you after hours if you're having trouble or if you have questions and need advice. She was always available via text and FaceTime, which was such a relief to know that I could have extra help when needed. I felt so comfortable with Stephanie the entire time and I will 100% recommend her to any of my friends who are going to have a baby. Stephanie's services are worth every penny! 5 stars! After I delivered and started breastfeeding, the doctors, nurses and lactation consultants who were rounding would all compliment how comfortable and natural breastfeeding was for me and my baby. If multiple professionals are complimenting you, you know you did something right! And I know that my success with breastfeeding is because of Stephanie! Thank you Stephanie!!

I felt like I should add another 5-star review for another great experience with Stephanie. Two…read moreyears ago, she helped us figure out breastfeeding with our first daughter. We recently had another beautiful girl, and Stephanie was the first one we called when we hit a breastfeeding bump. This time around, we thought we had the hang of breastfeeding, and in a lot of ways, we were more comfortable. But our newest little angel had a shallow latch that was causing some real pain for my wife. We knew Stephanie would have the answers, and sure enough, she came through for us. Stephanie reminded us of a few techniques we'd forgotten, and just like magic, our daughter's latch improved, and breastfeeding is far more comfortable. This second visit also reminded me why Stephanie is so worth a visit, because she can save families literally thousands of dollars by helping mothers use the right techniques with their little ones. I remember with our first daughter, doctors recommending supplementing with formula, pumping when it was unnecessary, and this time around, someone recommending we look into tongue tie surgery for our daughter's shallow latch. We could have gone down these roads, and honestly, these might be needed in some cases and there's nothing wrong with that. But a visit from Stephanie was all we needed to get on a roll with another beautiful breastfeeding journey for my wife and our daughter. Thank you so much Stephanie!

Miss Judy is an amazing music teacher. Honestly at first I thought it was a bit expensive. However,…read morenow that I've been taking my child for several months I realize that this program is an incredible value. I would gladly pay 50 or 70% more for these classes. The interaction in class and the books, musical instruments and CDs you take home are worth the price. The Kindermusik program is for kids up to age 7. We had no problem finding a class time for my toddler with other kids her age. My child was incredibly shy and had a lot of difficulty in social situations. For many of the early classes she would just sit there without participating. Now she's more active in the class and I'm impressed to see that she seems songs even from those early lessons where I didn't think she was paying any attention or participating! Every 4 weeks Miss Judy gives a new curriculum with new musical toys and new songs. She has several classes over the school year. She doesn't offer as much over the summer. Parking is ok. There's a large lot near the building, but only a few spots right in front of the building. The building is small but adequate for the classes. She even has a piano in there. She takes great care and truly loves all her students. I will definitely keep attending kindermusik until my child ages out.

Best elementary school in Stillwater according to everyone, teachers, parents, former teachers, and…read morepeople who never even had kids. Apparently Highland Park is #2 but I've never been there. Stillwater has 4 public elementary schools, one public middle school, one private elementary and middle school, and one public high school. Sangre Ridge is located next door to the middle school across the street from some of the more affluent neighborhoods. That's probably why it's ranked as best, more of the wealthier kids attend here. There are 2 large playgrounds and basketball courts. Sidewalks all the way to 19th street, plus 2 crossing guards on duty during the busy drop off and pick up times. Every teacher and classroom we've delt with has been awesome. Parking is limited, if there is a school event be prepared to park in a neighborhood and walk! It's really hard to find a house in Stillwater, epically in this school district. Berry Creek is pretty much your only option.
