I have been to this place several times now, and I love it! Delicious coffee especially after grabbing the Crepes next door, you get 10% discount for yummy treats from Tipsy beans. I usually get hot latte, but recently discovered that their "Candy heart" smoothie (mixed fruits) is also delicious, not overly artificially sweet as some other places made it. They offer variety of bakery from Quiches, muffins, to cupcakes and cookies. The staffs are nice and the location is perfect for just a little get together, coffee break or to study.

Saw this on Undercover Billionaire. Erie is my home town and I had an apartment a few doors away when I was young, so when we got the chance to return recently we just had to stop in. We both had Cappuccinos, my wife also had a lavender biscotti, and I had a Little Suzie. My wife is a Starbucks addict and declared the cappuccino better than that franchise! She really liked the cookie. I'm not a big coffee/cookie fan so it's all the same to me, though I believe in this place the $ goes a bit further. Was nice to see the store apparently succeeding. Enjoy the backyard patio.

    All white matcha latte????

This all white drink is a matcha latte. Tastes like a really expensive cup of whole milk. Every once in a while I get an unmixed clump of matcha up the straw but otherwise the matcha is non detectable. I didn't have time to go back and complain so I'm stuck w this really not delicious beverage. The woman who made it was super nice and there was no line. So maybe just go order something else there? Def don't get this.

This place was very cute and definitely needed in this area. They had yummy bakery items and my Chocolate Chip cookie was amazing. They forgot my coffee and I didn't get it for like 20 minutes plus the cold brew wasn't that like strong tasting if that makes sense the cream overpowered if.

My mother in law and I stopped here on our journey back home and it was the perfect stop! We got pumpkin spice lattes and they were divine! Not too sweet and the the right amount of spice! The baristas were friendly and welcoming and chatted with us about the shop as they made our drinks. It was a great atmosphere. They suggested we sit out back and I'm so glad they did. There is a quaint little patio in a garden with bistro tables. It was a nice break from being in the car for a couple hours. It's a great little are to sit and chat and relax! We took the desserts to go as we'd had our fill from the night before. Even a couple days later the cupcakes were to die for. We got red velvet and bourbon cream. I definitely recommend checking out the baked goods here because they were moist and the icings were spot on. Overall I would make this a must see destination for your caffeine and sugar fix :)

I was happy to visit once again this cute, clean, inviting/comfortable space for coffee. The service is great as well. I'd like to see a "bold" option for coffee. Suppose an add shot would do. The bathroom is likely one of the cleanest public bathrooms I've visited in a very long, long time. Little details go a long way!

If you're looking for a comfy place to stop by and grab some coffee, this is your place! The coffee is great- I recommend peppermint mocha for the holiday season & there are a plethora of teas/drink options. There are also pastry/bagel options in a variety of flavors (such as the lemon curd cupcake). The staff is so welcoming as well! Currently indoor seating was unavailable but pickup/ takeout is available and masks are worn! Parking: Enter the lot to the right of the building and there are two entrances into the shop! Limited street parking available

They had Gary, the owner of Virgil's, making his pizza and I was very much looking forward to having it again. He had my favorite pizza and I missed having it. So when I heard he was making his pizza again, I booked a reservation. Now, for the record, A. Francisco's is my new favorite pizza, Colin is a pizza genius. But I missed Virgil's, so I ordered my go to pepperoni pizza. I was pretty disappointed. As soon as they put the pizza down, I knew it was different. It didn't look like I knew Virgils to look like. The crust was different. The pepperoni was different... it wasn't Virgil's. I've eaten hundreds of squares. I would get 6 squares and eat them for lunch and want more...this time I ate two... just to be polite. The biggest difference was the dough. It didn't look like Virgil's and it didn't taste close to what Virgil's tasted like. My wife had the house made spaghetti with shrimp and it was very good. The buratta balls were excellent. Those were from A. Francisco's menu and we always have excellent food from here. But for someone who loved Virgil's, this was NOT the Virgil's that I remember and loved. I don't know what happened to his dough, but tonight I'm going to A. Francisco's for my new favorite pizza made by Colin. I'm not a fan of their pepperoni, so I go sausage and arugula. If they ever get the old world pepperoni that curls up, I'll go back to my go to.

Crispy on the outside with perfectly melted, gooey cheese inside, and served with a marinara that was flavorful without being overly sweet. For our entrees we tried the OG (added sausage) and the prosciutto e arugula (added mushrooms). Both were delicious, featuring a well-balanced, crispy oven-baked crust that wasn't overly crunchy, elevated by parmesan, red pepper flakes, and a touch of sea salt. I also had an Aperol spritz to drink which was refreshing and perfect. Our server was quick and kind, and the vibe was modern and moody. We definitely see ourselves returning.

We've actually tried to return a couple times since that first visit, but apparently other people have discovered the place too. Both times we showed up without reservations and struck out. Lesson finally learned: MAKE. THE. RESERVATION. This time we did, and Room 33 reminded us exactly why we loved it in the first place. We both ordered Sonny's Short Rib, served over mashed potatoes with roasted carrots. Absolutely delicious -- tender, rich and packed with flavor. Although I gotta give the 2021 version the edge in the looks department. And you can't celebrate a birthday without dessert. Melissa went with the peanut butter pie, while yours truly handled the chocolate lava cake with ice cream. Both were worthy of the occasion. Different band than our first visit, but the same great energy. Live music, cocktails, that cool speakeasy atmosphere and a room full of people having a genuinely good time -- Room 33 just knows how to create a night out. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially when they have a band performing. My go-to dish is the short rib dish. The mashed potatoes are amazing and the short ribs are packed with flavor. On this particular visit, they were a bit skimpy on the au jus sauce (it's normally got a healthy laddle of pan sauce on the bowl) but that's okay. I did splurge for my birthday and get a slice of the peanut butter pie. It was super rich and exactly what peanut butter lovers want in a peanut butter pie.

The restaurant is much larger than it appears from the outside. Once you head through the first dining room and down the steps, you're greeted by a warm, homey dining room with a surprisingly spacious bar. It has a comfortable neighborhood feel, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. Our cocktails arrived in about 10 minutes, and the hush puppies followed about 20 minutes later. They had a nice flavor, but were much denser and chewier than I expected. The bigger issue was the wait for our entrees. With the restaurant not appearing particularly busy, nearly 50 minutes for fried chicken and jerk chicken felt excessive. The good news? The chicken absolutely delivered! Both the fried chicken and the jerk chicken were packed with flavor and easily stole the show. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, while the jerk had a wonderful balance of seasoning and spice. Those dishes alone made the meal worthwhile. Unfortunately, my mashed potatoes arrived warm instead of hot. After such a long wait, I was hoping everything would come out piping hot, and that side just missed the mark. Cole slaw was fresh but pretty boring in the flavor department. I really wanted this to be the five-star experience that so many others have had. While this visit didn't quite live up to the hype, the quality of the chicken showed why Pineapple Eddie's has earned such a loyal following. We'll happily give them another shot someday and hope they earn that elusive fifth star.

On this visit, we both ordered the grinder, but my first bite felt off -- something was missing. Sure enough, when I lifted the bun, the most important part was missing: the boom boom sauce. After adding it ourselves, the sandwich tasted the way it should, though the bread was a bit dry since the sauce wasn't baked in. I'll also note that we typically visit for lunch, but this trip was later in the evening. The vibe was very different -- louder crowd, mostly college kids, and slower service due to how busy it was.
