Was greeted and seated immediately. We had a a nice view through the full length windows of the beautifully lit street. The area lit perfectly. Not too dark and not too bright. The food was incredible. Our server seemed a bit nervous, maybe he was new. Anyway , he did a fabulous job! Thanks for a wonderful experience on our way through the area.

We stopped by Cloud Nine during a quick trip back to Erie. It was easy to grab a reservation online despite it being a prom and graduation weekend. In the past I have typically only ordered tapas or pizza from cloud nine, and they are always fantastic. This time we took the jump to try a few of their entrees, the chicken romesco and shrimp pasta! Both were so rich and delicious! To be honest, I'm still thinking about them LOL. As always the wine on tap is fantastic, I branched out from my usual Derby Red and tried the Chardonnay which paired nicely with my meal! I highly recommend this Erie classic for its amazing vibes, great service, and fantastic food!

We started with some French onion soups, mortadella and pistachio flatbread, and some arancini. They were all served in a timely manner and not overwhelming. We sat at the bar and enjoyed some weird tequila that was definitely not what we ordered, seemed to have been another flavor of a brand that we know in a bottle of another. Still wasn't terrible, definitely drinkable. It is a wine bar and we ordered tequila, so maybe that's my lesson to learn. The flavor pairing of the flatbread was awesome, especially having a roasted garlic ricotta whip and the touch of the black pepper honey on the top, I've never had anything like it. Gives me inspiration to make some things at home that I have not made before! Soups had decent flavor, seemingly like the French onion broth itself had not been seasoned enough or needed a bit more salt. Arancini was just okay. We almost ordered the escargot too because it was recommended, but when one of the waiters walked out of the kitchen we had gotten a whiff of a very "fishy" smell that quickly changed our minds. That will do it for us! Got another sandwich for us to both split that was decent sized and had good flavor as well. Overall, probably won't come back here.

This is that chic cool place that you want the picture perfect food and the best staff to wait on you!! If you want a more refined experience, this will not leave you disappointed!! I am Genx and wanted a place where I could go with my friend (she is 80) and have the place you can either dress up or dress casually. But have that awwwwww effect of the perfect food where it is so beautiful you don't want to cut into it!! But you are so happy you did the food is higher end and beyond amazing!! Will you spend a $$? Yes!! Worth every penny for that special occasion. Even if it is not special, it will be the time your done!!

Convenient location and good atmosphere. Their happy hour specials are good as well with many options for wine and beer. However the happy hour food specials are disappointing and generic. It's a deal because there is overall a lack of food you receive. Would recommend sticking with options from the min menu although they haven't changed in about 7 years.

I do not remember what this is called. Some type of pumpkin martini. IT IS AMAZING!

I stopped for a late night drink at Cloud 9 over the weekend. I didn't know what to expect when we walked in but my experience was top notch. The menu had a lot of interesting drinks and beers. I cant say enough about the service of our waiter Harold. Not only did he make a great drink suggestion, his attentiveness to our table on a rather busy Saturday night was extremely impressive. If you are in town ask for Harold.

This place has some great drinks selections and even better food. Located across the street from the ballpark it has a outside patio which welcomes dogs and an inside bar and dining area. I'll definitely be back

Very good restaurant. They really have the food nailed here, and that's the important part. Service is also excellent. Bartender (I don't know his name--but please don't start asking your staff to give their names. I just asked him, it's Andrew), was very kind and professional. He's about my height. 5'6 ish, dark hair. I ordered "The Ritz." A cocktail with French cognac and orange liqueur. Very strong. Very good. I like it. For my food I ordered the Mahi Mahi Tacos with a side of fries. Excellent tacos. That was incredibly satisfying and the remoulade on top was amazing. Reasonably priced. I'm pretty happy with the food and service here. If you stop in Erie, you should come here for food. I'm giving five stars for good measure. I've been looking around Erie and it's hard to find a place like this. I'm sure there are other great places to eat, but this is definitely notable. Thank you guys.

We didn't like anything. Everything was flavorless, and over priced. We had the firebird's duranjo burger. Nice size, but over cooked and not seasoned. The parmesean crusted chicken, although a nice size and cooked perfectly again no seasoning, expected to be able taste the Parmesan crust, nothing.. We both upgraded our side to the southwest au gratin potatoes. Au gratin potatoes a creamy jalepeno cream sauce sounds like a flavor bomb, NOPE, the potatoes were under cooked and not sure how you manage not to get flavor out of jalepeno cream sauce, but they did! The crispy cauliflower with the jar sweet chili sauce was probably the best thing we did have. You can get brunch all day so, I ordered the hipster toast, and I was pictured cat fished. Mine was nothing like the picture, although I appreciate they didn't build the toast for take out and allowed me to do that myself. Still, there was maybe 7 little little cubes of avocado, no pickled onions, no spiced pecans, no parmesan cheese. What I did get was a piece of toast with goat cheese, then a box of arugula, 7 pieces of small small avocado, candied bacon pieces, radishes and heirloom tomatoes. Basically a 17 plus salad on bread. Totally a waste and not worth it. I will say though, the cilantro lime vinaigrette was delicious. But spending over 90 bucks and only enjoying a vingerette and cauliflower, won't have be coming back. Maybe ordering on Superbowl Sunday was a mistake, but I'll never know.

We were dearly craving the roasted apple featured on their online menu before, but it turns out that the apple has been replaced with the homemade mulled wine and biscotti! Meanwhile, she ordered the Londonlicious autumn salad, the vegetarian toasts, and the creme brulee. While the food wasn't drop-dead amazing, the service was great! I had attempted to get a reservation the day before, but was told that they were fully booked. When we arrived, they had originally wanted to seat us down at the bar, but after considering it, they offered a table for two that we would have to return in an hour. That being said, we never felt rushed in our meal - they never hinted at us to leave, even when the other couple who had made the reservation arrived Instead, they sat that pair down at the couches, and asked us politely if it would be okay to give us the bill now. They were very friendly and considerate (and thus, the extra star)! Our appetizers came first, and we were quite surprised at the small portion sizes. My ceviche was tiny! The cracker/chip was well-done (very crispy and tasty), but there was very little tuna - just very little to eat in general. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her brie at first, but then found it overly heavy after a while. This was a recurring theme, as it turns out all their vegetarian options have brie (she's vegetarian). Our entrees came next, and again, I was quite shocked at the smaller portion size. That being said, I found it adequately filling, and I was actually fairly satisfied by the end of the main meal! The smoked salmon was delicious! My absolute favourite was the pickled onion one... the slight sourness balanced out the saltiness of the salmon perfectly. The raspberry compote was good, but a little too sweet. I was excited to eat the caviar one, but found that they added too much of the herb garlic aioli. I believe there was some dill and/or cream cheese in it, which drowned out any flavour of the caviar/salmon completely! This was my least favourite, because it was quite heavy. My friend's vegetarian toasts came in three pairs (totalling six). I tried her grilled peach and candied pecan one. Although I enjoyed it, I wasn't a fan of the cheese spread. I think it would have been tastier without it! She was unable to finish the pear and brie ones, mainly because by that time she was quite full/sick with the heavy brie (it came with her appetizer as well). The desserts came last. By this point, I regretted ordering the cheese and fruit board, because I wanted something light to finish the wine. Thinking back, the homemade mulled wine would have been a delightful choice. Anyway, I polished the fruit and left the cheese to take away. My friend ordered the creme brulee - and it was HEAVENLY. It was so utterly creamy and sweet inside. Perfectly executed, with the right brulee on top! Although it was slightly pricey (such is the student life), I did enjoy the experience. Don't know if I'd come again, but it is a lovely date spot and a place to chill with friends!
