Tried Tipsy Scoop and I'd give it a solid 8/10! I got the hazelnut coffee and salted caramel chocolate whiskey flavor... both were really good. You can definitely taste the lingering liquor, but it's not too strong, which I actually loved. It gives just the right kick without overpowering the ice cream. The shop itself was super clean, you can literally smell how fresh everything is when you walk in. It was gloomy outside, so there was no line (lowkey perfect ), and the whole experience felt relaxed. The staff was super friendly and let you sample all the flavors before choosing, which made it even better. Plus, the music was a vibe, the bathroom was clean, and there's a separate seating area if you want to sit and enjoy your treat. Overall, great experience! I'd definitely go back!

Well worth the wait. I tried the Whiskey Dream Sundae and it was so good. I also sampled a few other flavors like tequila hot chocolate and vanilla bourbon, and they were all really tasty. I ended up going with the whiskey ice cream mixed with vanilla bourbon and loved it. The ice cream cup design is super cute, and I love that you get to keep the cup. The brownies in the Whiskey Dream Sundae are very fudgy and delicious, but they were really hard in the ice cream. I was trying to break them with my spoon and couldn't. It kind of took away from it because I like getting brownie with each bite. Overall still a great spot and definitely worth checking out.

I love orange creamsicle. My Sundae was very good. I do not recommend going at night way too busy and the space is not very large.

Tried out tipsy scoops for the first time and was not disappointed! Bring friends and stare a flight to try different flavors. I highly recommend the hazelnut coffee and raspberry limoncello! I felt like I didn't taste the alcohol as much which is why I preferred it. The dark chocolate salted caramel was whiskey infused and orange crush were on the stronger side. Everything was great and they decorate the flights really cute. There was a line but it went by fast! They also have non cloche ice cream options!

Wrapped around the corner!! But I am anxiously waiting°

Pretty cool spot. I visited grand opening day. I rode by around 2:30p and the line was LONG! I came back around 8ish and the wait was appx an hour, no biggie bc we knew what we signed up for. Security was there to control the capacity inside. All ladies and that one older gentleman was very helpful. I knowwww they were tired but good job to all. I had the Old Fashioned Sunday w/ vanilla Bourbon, good flavor and smooth ice cream. My friend had the flight and she like 3/4. Oh they also did testers which I thought was cool.. now I know what to try during my next visits.

Been to the DC location but love that there's a Baltimore location now. Also love that the Baltimore location has an exclusive flavor you can only find there. It's called the Orange Crush-sicle and it's infused with Sagamore Rye (the one in my photo with the orange slice is it). It was good but my favorite in the flight was the tequila Mexican hot choco-late. The cinnamon in it really made it special! And I'm not even a fan of chocolate. The owners are nice and the space is cute! They'll have more space at this location for tables and chairs compared to the DC one.

This was a nice experience. Customer service was great, ambiance was nice the music was good. I had the mango margarita which was good. I will most definitely be back

Tipsy Scoop has the cutest ice cream shop vibes! I tried the sorbet flight and the Spiked Hazelnut Coffee--everything was absolutely delicious. Just make sure you have your ID handy!

Tuesday 3/25/25 I…read morefound out about this spot on a Reddit post that was mentioning the best desserts in Maryland. I was in Baltimore so I had to go try it. The spot was hard to locate at first until I realized that it's located in the food market. I came for the popular honey graham ice cream but also for my favorite flavor: cookies n cream. Sadly, they didn't have any cookies n cream at the moment, but luckily they did have the honey graham. The service was solid: the worker was nice and I was able to sample four flavors (key lime pie, honey graham, vanilla bean, and chocolate love) without any issue. After sampling the flavors, I decided to get a triple cup of 2x honey graham and 1x vanilla bean. - The honey graham was like that (I see why it's popular). I let my mom sample it, and she enjoyed it so much that she got her own the next day. - The vanilla bean was pretty good and paired well with the honey graham. This spot has some good ice cream that I'd be open to returning for more (hopefully they have cookies n cream next time).

I usually get the "Honey Graham", but I saw that they now have "Salted Honey Graham" too and I decided to try it. The service was very fast and friendly. Even though the temperature was in the low teens with a windchill around zero, GKs all got ice creams. They only issue any of them had was that the gargantuan sizes were still not big enough; taste was that good. Me, I picked up a sfogliatella riccia to enjoy as a post-theater late-night snack. We also picked up a bunch of Italian cookies to take home. We had to hide them so the GK vultures couldn't get to them early. Vacarro's had a great selection even at 6PM. The bakery aroma was fantastic, seating was plentiful, prices were reasonable, and parking (street and for-pay lot) close by. It's a must-stop destination whenever you make it to Little Italy. Arrived in the afternoon during a busy weekend and decided to take out for desserts. My first visit and was underwhelmed by the service received. Rushed and transactional. Packaging was very sloppy and my napoleons were shoved to the side, making the clear clamshells very messy when I arrived home. If only the desserts were saving grace, but was left disappointed as well. As others have mentioned, the pastries do not taste fresh. The ricotta cream in the original cannoli tasted warm and gritty, the shell was stale. I noticed these were sitting out. The puff pastry in the Napoleons were soggy. The cream puffs shell was stale and chocolate topping was super sweet, unfortunately these were far from heavenly. Maybe another day, Vaccaro.

Since the order was processed on my card, I'll now have to wait 5-7 business days for the funds to be released, which is frustrating in itself. What made the situation much worse was the customer service. I called the store simply to ask what happened, but before I could even finish my question, the employee interrupted me, said, "We're busy right now," and hung up on me. When I called back to understand why I had been hung up on, I was passed from person to person without anyone taking responsibility. The only explanation I received was, "We're busy and prioritize our in-person customers. Anything else?" I completely understand that restaurants get busy, and I have no issue with a delayed order or even an occasional cancellation if necessary. However, being treated dismissively, interrupted, and hung up on for asking a simple question is unacceptable. Being busy is not an excuse for disrespectful customer service. If your store is unable to fulfill DoorDash orders during busy periods, that's understandable--but don't accept them only to cancel them immediately, leaving customers waiting days for their money to become available again. A little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way.
