My family of 4 stopped in on our way home from the beach and couldn't be happier that we did. This place checks so many boxes. Creative flavors, super friendly staff, homemade product without artificial additives/chemicals, convenient hours, warm clean atmosphere, table games and they even have a bathroom for patrons. I had a mixed cup with 2 scoops, the kids had single flavors and my wife tried the adult ice cream. They were all really good with all flavors on point. The portions were normal-sized to me where a small felt like a small and the prices were commensurate with the size. So many times I find myself having to order a kiddie cup to get a normal snack-sized portion. If you're looking for that super creamy slow churned ice cream that doesn't melt because it's not actually ice cream and mostly gums/thickeners, this isn't for you. This is real ice cream, so you might occasionally get an ice chip but I'd rather have that than a bowl of gum and seaweed byproducts just to make it seem creamier. Looking for an ice cream place that was open past 7 PM and this is open until 10 PM so we went! What they specialize in is alcohol flavored ice cream I don't drink alcohol so I didn't order anything like that so I can't talk about that. But I was happy that they had one dairy free flavor, which was strawberry coconut and it was so amazing! My husband got just vanilla and he said it was really good ice cream! It was a very busy weekday night, but I think because we went during the winter break when everyone is out of school and it was very busy so it took a long to get our ice cream, but the service was great! They also have like board games and stuff so me and my husband had our little date night with ice cream and playing Connect four! I consider myself an ice cream aficionado and this was just OK. While I'm sure the alcoholic ice cream flavors are delicious, I tried the s'mores flavor and it was towards the end of the bucket and tasted a little old and "icy". My colleague tried the pistachio and he said it was good but not great. The service was good and it was a beautiful day so we sat outside which was a nice perk to be able to sit outside of the ice cream shop. read more

I am not a sweets girl but needed a pick me up and was around the Bonita area. I read the reviews and the menu for this location and decided to try it out. The location is super ideal, right off of 41, and there is plenty of parking, which I love. The staff was very welcoming and walked me through all the flavors, they make their ice cream in-house, which is super impressive. I tried the pecan butterscotch, I was scared I that there was going to be a strong scotch flavor but there wasn't and it was delicious! I ventured out to the Tipsy Udder in Bonita Springs upon seeing the very high ratings, and they are well deserved. I don't look for anything artisanal or exotic flavors for an ice cream shop to be great. The Tipsy Udder checked off all my boxes for a rich and creamy texture ice cream using high quality ingredients. I went with a small size of the toasted coconut ice cream. I can't rave enough about it as it hit all the right flavor notes with perfect coconut consistency mixed in with the base ice cream. While not exactly cheap at over $5, the portions are generous, and more importantly, the ice cream tasted great and didn't melt quickly like some cheaply produced ice cream does. If the shop was located in a touristy area rather than a non-descript strip mall, I can see them regularly having a line out the door of people looking to indulge in their sweet treats. They do have liquor infused flavors ice cream as well, but can't vouch for those as I only tried the toasted coconut. A weak point was the service as it wasn't particularly engaging or friendly, but still warrants a 5-star overall rating as I really enjoyed their ice cream and felt it was of top notch quality for my ice cream tastes and standards. read more

But there is a bigger reason for the 4 opposed to a 5. It has to do with boring people. I'd like to think I'm not boring in life, but I do know that I'm a pretty boring eater. Boring eaters want vanilla ice cream. This is the first time I have ever been to an ice cream shop and they didn't serve vanilla ice cream. I tasted the honey vanilla, but it was very honeyish. Tried this place and was overly pretty impressed. The inside is nice and clean. The concept is that some of the ice cream is alcohol infused. We had the boom chocolatta, Cookie Monster and the chocolate coconut sorbet for a dairy free option. The first two were delicious...very creamy and smooth with rich flavor. The sorbet was another story. When I unpacked it, I noticed there was an ice pack so props to them for doing that and trying to keep it cold. The sorbet was already completely melted after a 5 minute drive. There was sorbet melted throughout the bag and then when opened it was soupy/slushy and didn't have good flavor. Checking out this icecream place when we were in Bonita Springs. The staff was friendly to introduce us their menu and gave us samples. After a few samples, we made the decision. I had the adult flavor oreo creme de menthe and my boyfriend had the adult flavor amaretto cherry fudge. They have a good selection of flavors both for the gourmet and adult. Even though we cannot taste the alcohol, the icecream was good and with lots of goodies (oreo in mine). Because of the alcohol in icecream, it tends to melt a bit faster than regular icecream. It was not a problem for us since we love icecream and slurp really quick. Next time we come, we would like try the gourmet menu. read more

Everything about this ice cream shop deserves a perfect rating; my experience was close to perfect. Surprisingly, I never heard of this desert place before and it's easy to miss! Located in a large plaza, only a small sign with the words "ice cream" can be seen from a distance. Upon walking in, the interior is brightly lit and decorated with pastel colors, just like a classic ice cream store. Unfortunately, you can't see the ice cream because they keep the lids on the buckets, but this is more sanitary in my opinion. However, there's a huge menu on the wall separated by traditional and alcohol-infused flavors. Although we walked in pretty late, the service was spectacular. The workers gladly gave us as many samples as we requested and briefly described the components in each flavor. Their positive attitude made me feel comfortable to ask more questions, and they joked around with us too. As for the ice cream, the quality is great and the flavor range is expansive. I was most impressed by the ingredients they use; their coffee flavor is made with locally grown coffee beans. The alcohol-infused flavors had slight hints of liquor, not too much, but still present! It was so hard to decide on one flavor, especially after sampling a few! I went in with a party of about ten, and everyone had no complaints about their order. Also, we were sitting in the shop for quite some time and our cones were still intact, which is good for children that may take more time to eat. A small cone is slightly over $3, but totally worth for the service and quality. I would come here again and again if it was more convenient. If you would like to support a local business that does the job perfectly, I would highly encourage you to try Tipsy Cow. I was doubtful to see that it had five stars before trying, but now I totally understand and fully support the rave about this ice cream shop! read more

They had about 8-10 flavors of ice cream without alcohol, and another 8-10 flavors with alcohol. So many flavors looked good to me that I actually tried a flight which included 4 flavors. They even had these cute little trays for the flight which reminded me a flight of beers or wines you may see at a bar! My favorite non-alcoholic flavor was the coffee chip, and my favorite with alcohol was the Pina colada one! They had much more creative names, but I can't remember them! YUMMMMM. . The owner came out and spoke with us about their flavors and how they change and try new ones. They have a "create your own flavor" contest where you enter your ice cream flavor idea and if it is chosen you win ice cream for a month. . What a great contest... When I saw the shake for the man ahead of me being made with at least 4 large scoops of ice cream, I had high expectations. I ordered my usual, but unfortunately did not see it being made. When I got it, I saw that the chocolate syrup was all sitting at the bottom of the cup.
