This company found that there were several places under the shingles where no roofing felt paper was put down, tar was applied instead of replacing bad decking, and places were not nailed to a nailable surface (e.g not to code). They were always polite & fun to chat with when, for example, my car needed to be moved to make way for a lumber delivery. During this project the remnants of hurricane Michael passed over Athens causing larger than normal rainfall. Nick & Zachary did extra work to make sure the drainage would be installed before the storm hit. Their drainage worked wonderfully, filling the retaining pond to the brim. They also assisted me with filling sandbags to make sure a separate area of the house would be protected in case the rainfall was excessive. Needless to say, I was *very* impressed with their conscientiousness! Home projects can be so stressful. You won't find nicer or more capable landscapers to help you through your project!

No big deal. I reached out to them and we rescheduled. The guy who came by to look at the place where my bathroom used to be was perfectly pleasant. He explained the insurance process and said he would have an estimate for me in a week. I texted him more than a week later and he said he would have it in another week. He never got back to me. My new bathroom is not going to be cheap and I gave my business to someone who wanted it. I know who not call when I need to replace my roof.

The porch has the wrong supports and is already sagging (it was installed mid May) and the post are 4 inches from level. The covering for the slab is just 100% incorrect and looks awful. This was the dirtiest job site iv ever seen. They left countless nails and cigarette butts scattered through the whole yard knowing I have a toddler who plays outside everyday. Do not call any company Roy Christian is associated with. He is a scam artist and a cheat. He will cost you more money in fixing damages he causes and on top of that you will have to pay someone else to come fix is subpar workmanship. For your own good do not call this company or any company Roy Christian is associated with.

We paid them thinking it was repaired, however after the next big rain we discovered that it wasn't. We reached back out for warranty and they stopped responding to our calls and emails. We then called Blue Skies at the recommendation of a friend. They properly repaired the roof, guaranteeing it and after a couple of heavy rains they returned to remodel the guest bath.
