I checked the Fossett, then stuck my hand down on the ground and found that the water pipe and busted against the foundation and water was flowing freely out into the yard underground. I grabbed my phone and went to my maps and typed in plumber and Neighborhood Plumber came up first and closest to my house so I called them. and to my surprise it 2:30 in the afternoon they answered the phone. I spoke with the girl about my problem she noted it was an emergency or the water would run All night busted, but she got my information and said she would let me know as soon as they could find someone to help. I needed to run an errand so I got in my car and was about to run to the store when I noticed a truck pulled up. Mind you this is five minutes after I made a phone call. It was The Neighborhood plumber.! I didn't even make it out of my driveway or get a phone call, but Blake was nearby. Saw the order come in and immediately drove to my address. I backed up and went back down. The driveway showed him what was going on and we got to work looking for the water line coming into the yard being that this is a new house for me. I did not know where it was and it was buried under brush upfront. We got the water turned off and he got to work. Long story short. Blake got to work had to run and get some parts come back and he worked his butt off inside the house and outside the house replacing the waterline going through the foundation of the house and stayed until around 9 o'clock. I would say? Nonstop work, courteous, professional, and a company, vehicle company shirt just what I want to see as well as all there certifications stamped onto their truck. This was not a cheap fix. I knew it when I saw it he prepared me gave me the estimate and it came out to be the same but from what I thought was going to be a long night of no water no toilet, no bath no cooking... he was packed up and gone by 9:30 tired but I was very appreciative! I love it when I pick a vendor out of the blue, and they turned out to be the best of the best. I have not had this kind of service that I can remember and I want to thank them and thank Blake for his efforts to make sure I was up and running Tonight and not waiting a day or two for a fix. You're looking for a plumber you're looking for a quality, I highly recommend! Very impressed. Very happy customer.!!

They charged me $595 to replace the drain tube on my dishwasher. They said the high price was because of "labor," but we are talking about a hose going out from the machine and into the drain. Wrap your mind around that. I could have bought a whole new dishwasher at that price. Use them if money (or your time) is no object to you. I won't use them ever again.

My home warranty company forced me to pay the copay again to get a different plumber to come out. I left a review calling them out for this, they reached out to me years later and said they'd love to try and solve this problem. I reached out, and first I just wasn't in their system, apparently. Then I was told that they were not responsible for reimbursing fees from the home warranty company, despite their misrepresentation of fact TO my home warranty company. Ask yourself, with all the plumbers out there, do you really need to hire thieves?

The price estimates given on the phone when you call, "Affordable" Septic Services are NOT the price you will probably end up paying. Like the other Yelp postings warned, the price increases occur while they are on site and at a point where it would be difficult to stop the work. They even raise the price on jobs that are done preventively where there have been NO PROBLEMS!! The person answering the phone reassured me the price our size septic tank would be the estimated price and would not be raised like other yelpers had reported. According to the job foreman-there apparently are "always issues" found, so they raise the price AFTER the holes are dug. Based on our experience, It appears you can't really get the actual price they will charge you before the work has already started and there are big holes in your yard! We have had NO PROBLEMS EVER with our septic after buying the house. NO PROBLEMS ! It has worked PERFECTLY !! We told the person on the phone this before the crew arrived and told the crew that showed up. When they dug two big holes and uncovered the two openings to the septic tank, they FOUND NO PROBLEMS!! They asked when it was last pumped and we told them we were not sure but we had not pumped it in the past 6 years, AFTER THEY DUG THE TWO BIG HOLES IN THE YARD, AND FOUND NO PROBLEMS, THEY TOLD US THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE $175 MORE THAN THE PRICE THEY HAD ORIGINALLY TOLD US FOR THE JOB BECAUSE WE HAD NOT FOLLOWED THE NATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS TO PUMP EVERY 5 YEARS. Again- there was NOTHING WRONG with our septic system. When they had us in a bind with the big deep holes dug and the septic system open to the air, and no pumping had been done -they told us it would be $175 more than they had originally told us the job would be.
