BEWARE!!! I regret hiring Alex from Trimelogic for a home remodeling project. Unlike what was…read morepromised, he performed no meaningful construction work. The only actions taken were the complete demolition of my master bathroom and destruction that placed my home at risk: he cut through a structural support beam and damaged the building envelope to the point where daylight was visible through the exterior walls. These actions not only failed to improve my property but introduced serious safety hazards. Despite these facts, Alex continued to demand more money while failing to complete even the most basic tasks. Communication was sporadic and unprofessional, with repeated promises followed by no actual progress. When confronted, rather than take accountability, he denied responsibility--just as he has done with other documented complaints online. He will take your deposit and extort more funds for the job to be completed. This situation left my property compromised, unsafe, and requiring immediate corrective work. I strongly caution anyone considering Trimelogic to avoid this contractor entirely. Engaging Alex with your home exposes you to severe financial loss and safety risks. A photograph will be included so others know precisely who not to hire.

I strongly regret hiring Trimelogic and Alex for a project. The entire experience was frustrating…read moreand unprofessional. They consistently took shortcuts with their work, some of which were unsafe, failing to meet the standards they initially agreed to. On multiple occasions, he assured me something was done correctly, only for me to later discover that it was done improperly or not at all. Communication was extremely poor -- I could rarely get a hold of him, and when I did, he would tell me what I wanted to hear but never actually follow through. The majority of the tasks that were promised to be completed were left incomplete or not even started, yet they still requested more money. On top of that, they often left things a mess, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Additionally the owner of the business reached out to me directly and I shared my poor experiences with Trimelogic and wanting to be returned the money associated with the work that was never started and they never got back to me. I would not recommend Trimelogic to anyone looking for reliable communication, timely work, honesty, and quality workmanship. Save yourself the stress, time, and money -- hire someone who values honesty, communication, and proper execution.

JOMA Construction - Without these screws, the plate turns, making it impossible to install correctly, and it finally fell off (BOTH showers they installed)

We used Joma to renovate 2 bathrooms last year, and we've had nothing but problems with their work…read more -The LED vanity light that stopped working after a couple months (not the 50,000 hours promised), which they did come out and replace, has stopped working again. -Both shower handles have been loosel since they finished the job, and one of them finally fell off, so I can see now why they're loose (see attached picture - missing screws). -Issues with our water flow and overflow drainage since they worked on our plumbing. -Air bubbles in the grout, badly installed silicon water-stop around the glass door, this list goes on... Really, just very very disappointed with the poor quality of the work that Joma allows their subcontractors to get away with. I'd commented throughout the reno process that communication between Joma and their subcontractors was terrible, and now as things begin to fall apart, I'm really starting to see the half-measures and shortcuts that were previously hidden. Up to now, I've merely not recommended Joma if someone asked. But now, I'm actively telling all who will listen to avoid their services at all costs.

I hired what I thought was a premier Athens construction company to convert a deck into a sunroom,…read moreJOMA Construction. They have been an absolute NIGHTMARE. Here is a partial list of major mistakes that they allowed to happen. 1. Project manager tells us the roofers will be on site a certain day.... no roofer arrived. The Project Manager was called the evening of 1/11/20202 to report that rain water was pouring through my walls, doorway, and ceiling, because the roof was left unprotected. My LR and kitchen hardwood floors were damaged from 2 days of rain that poured through the ceiling, doors, and walls. JOMA took no responsibility for this damage to my hardwood flooring. I had to file a claim with my homeowners insurance. That claim was $10,700 with a $1000 deductible. 2. A trackhoe backed over my permanent solid cast iron fire pit. Their answer to that was the pieces had rust on them, so it was old damage. The sub responsible repaired my firepit at no cost to me. 3. Air conditioning/heat unit was installed at an angle. Project manager said, that it would be fine...just a minor adjustment. Nope ...the entire unit was installed incorrectly both inside and out and bolted to the wall. It took a full day for to repair. 4. One of the sunroom windows was framed at an angle. Five different sub contractors had their hands on that window. Each one saw the error, but not until the interior was finished did I see the error. All that work had to be torn out...framing, siding, brick, millwork, and painting 5. The ROOF was completely a MESS. The project manager was given 3.5 months to get the roofer back to fix the mess. The gutters could not be put on until the sloppy roof was fixed and brought up to code. The project manager had great difficulty understanding what the problem was with the roof. We hired another roofing company to repair the mistakes and bring the roof to code. We paid $1,125.00 and JOMA finally settled with us by paying $562.50. 6. The project manager failed to have insulation and a vapor barrier laid under the tile flooring. Near the end of the project, a crew came out to my house and cut through the original foundation and brick so that they could install insulation and a vapor barrier which was required by county code. 7. The project manager knew that the "red brick" on my house needed have a best match of new red brick. He waited 4 months into the project before a brick contractor came to my home to select brick. So I selected the best match they had. Then the brick I selected was promised to another job, and the remaining brick was not the best quality. So the next firing was 6 weeks from March 1. That should have been the 1st order of business....but JOMA dropped the ball again. This resulted in another delay due to poor planning. 8. Our yard was completely destroyed by pickup trucks, construction equipment, and littered with construction debris. JOMA was required by code to grade the yard for correct drainage and reseed. We needed grass not seed. Therefore, we contracted with their subcontractor to grade the yard and lay zoysia sod for $3600. JOMA issued us a credit for what they would have paid for the grading and seed. The credit from JOMA was $120. 9. JOMA estimated that this job would take 3 months. The actual time was 7 months. 10. The project manager was unprofessional and misled us with falsehoods about followup to our issues and concerns.

We were very unhappy with both the process and the results of our two-bathroom renovation. No…read moresupervisor was present to coordinate the crew or oversee the work, so we came home to find mistakes daily: they installed the wrong bead board, reinstalled the old medicine cabinet rather than the new one, didn't measure for wall switches, painted the windows shut, re-installed a clearly broken electrical outlet and didn't bother to sand, leaving rough edges as trim. Aside from the mistakes, the lack of supervision meant crews operated at unpredictable times without notice (nights, weekends) and were very disrespectful of our home. They used our bed as a staging area for drywall, stored hardware on our glass picture frames and used an electric saw on our couch to cut tile. They left a mess inside every day and piles of trash outside every evening. Despite repeated requests to clean up the construction debris, no one would pick it up and we had to take it to the landfill ourselves. Each crew blamed the other for the problems so I had to contact each crew to find out how to fix the other's problems. I wondered why we even hired a contractor if we had to do this ourselves. The bright spot was Taylor the plumber, who was prompt, friendly and detail-oriented. Otherwise, we were disappointed start to finish.
