A friend recommended this salon for a gel pedicure. I called making sure they had time and soon after arriving I was seated in a chair with nice hot water to begin soaking my feet. I believe it was the daughter who was working on someone else's pedi and I did wait a bit but I really enjoy sitting in the massage chair and soaking my feet. From other reviews, I believe it was the mother who attended to me. She took her time and did a wonderful job. There is a woman who is in the salon cutting hair (five men came in as I got my pedicure). The place is clean and what I enjoyed most was how quiet it was. I've been going back here for years. It's a cute shop owned by a mother and daughter. They are welcoming and professional. I get my haircut, wax, mani, and pedi all in one appointment. They make everything go smoothly for me. The pricing is fair, not too expensive for the services. They accommodate group appointments and last minute appointments. They do hair, nails, and lashes. Great hair cut. They corrected previous cut done at another place. It was so uneven and stuck out everywhere. They knew exactly how to correct cut and done well and now I'm happy. Visited this place for the first time on Tuesday. Upon checking my bank account today, they've added an extra $5 for tip WITHOUT my knowledge or consent. My customer copy receipt shows $76 and the debit to my account reflects $81. Hhhmmm..... I purposely chose not to leave one because I was not impressed with service nor did it exceed my expectations. I wish I can give it no stars, this was the worse nail experience I have ever had and all i did was a fill. They're so rough, a few of my nails bled and there is so much glue under my nails that it looks like I have some type of disease or fungus. On top of that it cost me over $30. If this is the last place on earth I will never go back again. There polish is so old because it's so lumpy and sticky. I was excited to see the good reviews with a place close by. Luckily, I was able to snag an appointment for 11AM when I called at 10AM. My appointment started 15 mins late. It's to be expected with most nail shops. Nancy did my full set. She recommended gel instead of powder ($35 plus $10 for gel polish) I think $45 was a bit much but went with it anyways. I kept telling Nancy I didn't like how thick they were. She assured me she would file them down more which she did but they are still too thick for my liking. After an hour and a half my nails were still thick, some crooked (see index finger in pic) and the are wide. Not sure if that's a new thing or that's how she does nails. Since I had to be somewhere at 2PM I paid and walked out unhappy. Now I'm going to have to find somewhere else to fix them. Also, the gel color I choose wasn't available. She tried to find a replacement but nothing was similar. Nancy was nice and the place is clean that's why I'm giving it 2 stars. I called today to make an appointment for a haircut with Jimmy and get a fill. They get pretty busy so an appointment is always best. Jimmy did an excellent job and did a quick trim to get rid of all my spit ends. He's very kind and knowledgeable. My son was also able to get his haircut with another technician on short notice. Miley was very busy and had other clients waiting but she took her time to do my fill and when I gave her a pic of the color I wanted she was able to match it. She's very excellent and what she does. I thought my nails would turn out to look very nice but halfway through the service the nail tech shaped them very sideways & made my pinky nails way toooooooo thin. I pointed out to her what she had did wrong so she offered to give me $5 off (after she charged me extra for a thin strip design on 2 nails (that fell off after a few days). I should've just gotten a refund ! Then to top it all off when I was putting my nails in the dryer after she applied acrylic on top they had a strong burning sensation sooooo bad I had to pull my hand from under the dryer in a hurry . The gentleman who scrubbed my feet was great and then the woman who took over to paint my toes was also great. They both paid attention to detail and I am pleased. I highly recommend that YOU DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I called at 930 right when they opened and they said I could come in at 10:15. I got there at 10:00 and wasn't seen until 10:45.. that's not my complaint at all though. I asked for the upgraded pedicure and a full set. One girl, Jenny, started doing my nails. All she did was glue the tips on then asked if it was okay to go paint someone else's nails?? Umm.. I guess.. like 20 minutes after waiting, someone comes and tells me to get into the pedicure chair.. so I get my feet into the water and wait another 20 minutes before someone even came back to me. I asked how long it was gonna take to be done because I was getting frustrated for being at this place well over an hour and NOTHING had been done! Smh. Soooo annoying! So Jenny came to do my pedicure while an older man did one of my hands and an older woman did another one of my hands. So uncomfortable to have three different people all in my fave talking their language super loud. Nobody really said a word to me.. they just talked and laughed in the language and it made me super uncomfortable. I work hard and work with children ALL week long.. so when I go to an establishment like this, I hope to relax and enjoy my time. It was my sons 5th birthday today and I had a party with tons of people. My nails and toes looked like crap. While my toes were under the light (gel paint) Jenny went to scoot back in her chair and pulled the light right off of my foot, scraping all the fresh paint off.. then did a quick and sloppy job to try and fix it. Look at my big toe with paint alll over my skin and paint still missing from the other toes. I paid 87$ plus a tip and didn't even get the whole deluxe pedicure because I was there for so long and so frustrated I just asked them to stop and I was ready to go. I hate to give bad reviews, j really do.. and if things aren't so bad, I just let it be and don't even bother with a review, but this was horrible! And way too unprofessional for me. They're a family and way too comfortable letting their clients sit and wait for so long while already in the chair and switching off on who does what. I had THREE PEOPLE do my nails today. So weird. Never again. I only tipped because I'm not a crappy person.. but I'm irritated that I even chose this place! You live and you learn.. and today I learned to stay far Away from here!! read more

Overall, I had a good experience here. Everyone was nice and friendly! I gave them 3 stars because the woman who did my gel manicure cut me pretty badly... if I go back I would definitely schedule an appt with Jenny or Nancy! I've had worse experiences at other places though! And my polish has lasted a pretty long time. This is about 2 and 1/2 weeks out. Came to visit family and needed a quick cut. This place had great stylists before but today was not a pleasant visit. The Male stylist cutting my hair.. did not care what I wanted to do with my hair. He insistently kept rushing me with the final result because he had two new customers come in. You want VIP service? You can throw that out the door... because these new stylists only want to do what makes it "convenient" for themselves. Oh not to mention that my hair is not what I want it to be.. let's add in that it's completely UNEVEN! and he complete insisted that my hair was to "thin" to style... only because he didn't want to waste anymore time with me because he had other customers to attend to. I was exited to try a new spot in my neighborhood because usually I do. But I need to just stick to what I know when it comes to my nails. But anyways, I was a bit frustrated my appointment was at 10 for a fill and she offered to do a pedicure so I said sure... usually a fill and pedi takes about an hour and I had an hour to spare. Boy was I wrong. She was very nice but extremely and painfully slow! It was insane! I told her I wanted an acrylic fill and she gave me a gel fill which meant it was more in price and it was not what I wanted at all! So she up charged me for something I didn't really want and it was not fair because it was not in my budget at All! And I was pissed off. 2 hours later ... She was so slow she didn't even paint my nails I had to leave ASAP because I had work and she was taking so damn long! I ended up paying 55$ for nails I didn't even like the shape of, they are so thick and was not what I wanted when I asked her to give me a ballerina shape. I had to come home and later paint my own nails ! This place is nice and clean but the service is terrible so don't go at all for a place that changes this much for a terrible job! read more

Jenny does a really good job on my nails every time I go. They also do great pedicures. Very fast and nice. Great experience.

If coming here is your last option ask for jenny she's the only good one. Everyone else acts like they are in rush and do a shitty job. I came here to get my nails done was switch from person to person the first one left my nails all crooked the second one tried to fix it and accidentally cut me .
