I came to get my eyebrows waxed Easter morning and this is the result. They don't even look done. It was hurting so much after I got home. I thought the swelling would go down but it got worse and now there's a burn mark there instead. I definitely don't suggest getting your brows done here. Everyone was just so friendly and accommodating, even offered drinks every now and then. I called early in the morning to book an appointment because I wasnt sure how busy they would get. I totally enjoyed my visit to this salon! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I love the space they're in. It's got great natural light, with lots of plants, and is extremely clean. As the weather was good, both the front and back door were open, letting in plenty of fresh air. In addition, there's plenty of parking as they're located in a shopping center. I did the Posh Pedicure ($60) and an eyebrow wax ($12). The pedicure was fantastic. They use plastic lined wash bowls. It included callus removal, scrub, mask, paraffin, massage and regular polish. My tech, LoAnn used packaged, sanitized tools and was very meticulous. She really took her time and did a great job. I really enjoyed the massage. As I'm used to local salons not using non-toxic polishes, I brought my own which worked out fine. LoAnn also did my eyebrow wax. They look great. I'm very pleased. For me, the only negative is that they don't offer online scheduling. Also, for callous removal, I prefer to have it done by hand rather than by using an electric tool (which I found to be too excessive). I would frequent Castle Nails but thought to give Diamond Nail spa a try since they're under new management. I had an appt at 10 am and didn't get out until 1 pm. Three hours in a salon is a long time for a gel Madi and pedi. They took their time which was nice but given that they're still fairly new, they don't exactly have the staff in place to expedite the services especially if you're pressed for time. I got the deluxe pedicure which came with 3 different scrubs, heel/callous removal (bye dead skin!), and massage. It was a nice treat but pretty pricy for a $65 gel pedi. My mani is incredibly upsetting. I got the same color to match my toes and I felt that they didn't get the same amount of attention. There's bumps and parts of my nails were left unpainted. The sides as you can see in the pictures aren't cleaned either. It just looks sloppy. Additionally, the manicurist didn't take into consideration that with a light color like I selected, you'll need at least 3 coats so that it's opaque and not spotty like. After being in the salon for 3 hours, I was over it to say anything more. At that point I just wanted to be out. read more

Well when I first walked in, i was greeted by the ladies servicing other customers so the acknowledgements were there. I had a seat and met a friend while waiting... but no one approached me to ask what services I needed or gave an approximate wait time until I was serviced. I can honestly say it was worth the wait. The tools they used were brand new sanitized right out the package for both my pedicure and manicure. They lined the foot tub with a plastic liner, wiped down the chairs and foot rests after each customer so the cleanliness and sanitization was definitely satisfactory. My favorite place to get my nails did. Be prepared to wait even if you have an appointment. For a fill and a pedi will be 2-3 average hours total. Half of that is wait time. Most of them are good at what they do. My favorite is Lee or Hannah. Prices are a bit high but well worth it. They blast the Viet music loud and tvs are on but always have the news on. Had an appointment at 10 am for two gel pedicures and manicures. They take their time, sure...but I did not expect to be at the salon until 1 pm! I got a dip manicure and there were times where the nail technician would get up and walk to another client to help them and then come back and finish my nails. A dip manicure is faster than a gel manicure. Given that we were the first customers to arrive, and some other customers walked in and left before we did, we were the last to leave. Secondly, the gel manicure my sister got was unevenly coated, not cleaned around the base of the nail and sides and clumpy. Sadly, I think this is the last time I'll be going here. This man makes me bleed two times on the same toe. He ends up scraping so deep under one of my nails that it looks like there's blood under my nail. He cut me on almost every toe. I wanted to end the service right there because I just wanted to cry. Now, it's the next day and I'm limping because my toes hurt. I've always came here and never had an issue.
