Initially I was going to give 2 stars but after further consideration I feel 1 star is deserving. I went in to get (2) tires installed on a Sunday. When it was time to pick up my ride, I was handed my key but not the wheel lock. The guy who did the work didn't seem too concerned in finding it. He told me he'd look for it and when found, I'd get a call. That didn't happen. I went back on Monday and was told to come back on Tuesday to get a new lock set. After arriving just before noon on Tuesday, I dropped it off but this time I had to wait in the lobby. Around 2-1/2 hours later (2:30p), the manager finally comes around and hands me my original, now slightly beat up wheel lock. Here are the reasons why only 1 star: 1. Customers are left waiting in the lobby where the sun beams through the windows which roasts anyone sitting there. There are no water fountains (not that I use them) or vending machines. 2. Here's the kicker, while I'm waiting, the guy who initially worked on my ride comes in (he doesn't see me). It's his "day off". He's stating he's about to go fishing. Then I here him say, "You know the worse thing about fishing? You have to wait for the fish to bite." I wasn't 100% that day so I didn't have the energy to say how I felt. The shop must understand that communication is vital in business. Customers have jobs too so it's essential to give "honest" estimates on costs and time. If you're understaff, be upfront early. Consider adding shading to your window fronts. It's like an oven on bright sunny days. Consider adding vending machines, even if it's only water. Consider your female clients in regards to the cleanliness of your lobby and rest rooms. Please note, that 1 star rating can be improved by reinvesting in some basic business tips. read more

I've yet to have a decent experience here. I've never spent less than 2-3 hours here. Yesterday I waited in the parking lot almost 45 minutes for someone to get in. About 30 min later he opened the door only to tell me that they had 6 cars they didn't finish the day before, had multiple cars in the lot to do & maybe they could get to me that day or the next. I made an appt for today, promised that I'd be brought right in at 0845. This morning I was there at 0845 & promptly advised they weren't open yet. I advised I had made an appt the yesterday & this guy told me to wait outside & he'd get me when somebody came in as he was the only employee there. Around 0920 a tech came to work. The first guy came out later & spoke to several others in the lot waiting & they all left. I waited til 0945 & left without nary a word. The ONLY reason I went back is because when I ordered tires off of TireRack.com they were the only authorized place available to be able to get the included warranty, road hazard included. read more

I would give this place five stars but there is a manager there that I wont go into building when he is running the front desk. I would suggest that you speak with David a short fellow in stature but who rocks the front counter and has treated me fairly and upright. I purchased my last set of tires with road hazard which has paid for itself. Had a tire replace due to a tire puncture that was close to the sidewall of one of the tires within a month of purchase, it was replaced just had to pay the taxes for the tire. I had a 3:30 appointment to check a rumbling sound in my tires and the TMS sensor. After waiting 3 hours I was finally told my tires were cupping due to alignment. Was asked to bring car back the next morning. No thanks. Supposedly replaced sensor but the light was back on 2 days later. Called and asked to speak to Manager and was told they would leave a message for him to call me back. 2 days later and no return call. Terrible service and non responsive. Never again! read more

Travelling From Atlanta and got a screw in the rear tire. Crew was friendly and fast getting us in and out in less than an hour.

If could put a zero here I would. Took my car in about 6 month ago for an oil change. A few days later noticed oil on my garage floor. I had my brother check the plug had not been put back in tight enough. Today my brother changed the oil for me and they had put the oil filter on so tight it took a long time to get it off without damaging something. Next he rotated the tires for me and found that a lug nut was missing. Even if they didn't miss they lug nut they should have let me know that one was missing, I would not recommend this place for an oil change. Ever since the new managment/oweners took over it has gone down hill fast. A while back I made an appointment for an oil change got there at my appointment to be told they short of help they can't do it today. A phone call would have been nice. I am not one to write many reviews but I felt like I had to share this and maybe save someone time and money. read more

2015 I drove by and saw a really good deal on oil change. The guy told me they were busy and to come back the next morning. When I came back the next morning, the guy at the front desk immediately got an attitude with me over absolutely nothing. I brushed it off and just thought he was a weirdo. Then I heard him do it with three more people. Then they came to me and told me that my oil plug had been stripped out whoever change my oil last. I'm the only person that changed my oil, and the only reason I let them do it is because the deal looked so good. so they were extremely rude and also lied about a part that they had screwed up and made me pay for it. So it should have been $21 ended up being like 40 something dollars read more

Bought tires through tire buyer and had them installed by tread quarters. First, walked in during business hours and no one was at the front counter. Second, when the rep arrived looked like a slob and unprofessional. I had to tel him my personal information 3x. Incompetent at best. I wanted a tire install and alignment check and adjustments as necessary. Installed the tires in 2 1/2 hours(not good)and didn't complete the the alignments as requested. I went on a Sunday and get like the employees that were there were only there to collect their pay and not providing actual customer service. Can't wait till Discount Tire opens. I stopped by here yesterday, in the rain and cold, because my low tire pressure light was on. They were very busy but still took the time to stand in the rain and check all my tires, fill them, and tell me which was the lowest and what to do if the light came back on. They couldn't have been more accommodating! They wouldn't even let me pay. If I find out something is wrong with that one tire, I'll sure go back there for the repair. It was my first visit, just happened to notice it when the warning light was on, but it won't be my last. I recommend them for their great service and extremely nice people. read more

I have used TQ with my last 5 vehicles, even before it was TQ, and never had a problem until 1/2015. I started by having my front and rear brakes done 1/6/15, then went in 8/11/16 because I was experiencing noise and squealing and was told my rotors needed replacing so I had my Front rotors replaced, only to have the caliber come off the very next day and I was driving the vehicle. Luckily I was coming to a stop at a stop sign when it happened and was not harmed. I was lied to and told it was a bolt that sheered off and had nothing to do with the rotor. However it dug the inside of my rim and damaged it and after several complaints and about 12 weeks later they reimbursed me for my rim. I was still experiencing noise and lots of it when hitting my brakes so I took the car back because I had the "brakes for life" warranty. They replaced my rear brakes, and I was still experiencing noise so I took my car back in February and was told they had the wrong brake pads on my car and they didn't know what they had put on my car before but it was all wrong. The current manager offered to fix them at no cost, but would have to order the correct pads for the front, I was going out of town for a few days so he put new temporary pads on the car until I got back. It made even worse noise. When I got back they put the "new" Lexus brand pads(lie) (he then told me after the fact they were ordered from autozone)on my car,and was told I would be good, I wasn't, had to go back and get new back ones put on, still had noise and was told it was the E brake. He said give them one more shot and I said if it doesn't work I am taking it to the dealer, he said if they couldn't fix it to take to dealer and bring him the bill. He assured me I wouldn't hear a sound. As soon as I drove the car out of the driveway the following morning they made an awful screeching sound again. So I took it to the dealership. Lexus said all parts were aftermarket my front rotors needed replacing they couldn't resurface those, I needed all new pads with shim kits(which they didn't have on any of the brakes) on all 4 brakes, and I needed my back rotors resurfaced which they could do b/c they were still Lexus rotors, and all pads needed to be replaced and gave me an invoice of $885, I was lied too and told by headquarters all I would be refunded was $196. The manager told me he would take care of it and get it resolved 4 weeks later nothing has been done except trying to brush me off and lie to my face. This place has messed my car up and inconvenienced me time and time again, and say they cannot do anything else to fix my vehicle even though I have brakes for life which is why I continued going back. I cannot afford to pay for something I have already paid for once. This is the worst customer service ever. Save yourself the headache and car troubles and take it to the dealer, it will be worth the extra cost, this has been a hard lesson learned. I would rate this place 4.5 stars. I needed to replace the OE tires that came with my 2.5 year old car. I called and asked for a quote on 4 tires. I explained to them my situation and let them find the best tires for me. Being from Michigan, it was important to get a good valued tired with better tread to deal with the winter conditions over the holidays. I was quoted at $675 for everything without an alignment. I dropped it off before work and picked it up that evening, paid $685 WITH an alignment. I had a great experience here. The only reason this isn't a 5 Star review is because I had to wait outside to get inside for 15 minutes after they opened. Car was shaking when I went over 60mph. Thought I needed an alignment. After couple questions with the manager he advised me I didn't need an alignment just and balance. After saving 60 bucks going with just a balance my car is riding perfectly. Also let me know a couple things I could improve in the next couple weeks. I wish I could give no stars. My heater core needed to be replaced and I was shopping around for who could make the repairs for a reasonable price. The manager, David McKinley, told me that he could repair my car in three to four days and for $600.00. Before I agreed to the price and for my car to be repaired, David and I discussed the issues I was having with my car. My heater wasn't working, my windows would get foggy even when I turned on defroster, and there was a strong smell coming from my car. David agreed that the heater core was the problem and also stated that if I purchase the heater core part from Advance Auto I could save some money. David called Advance Auto for me. The store did not have the part in stock, but they ordered the part and two days later I picked up the part and took the part and my car to the shop. My car was in the shop for eight whole days. I was very upset when I picked my car up from the shop because initially I was told that it would only take three to four days top. Plus my car is my livelihood. I need my car to get to work. Two days later, I see antifreeze leaking on my passenger side mat. Me and my father took the car back to Tread Quarters. Once again, David assured me and my father that this time it would only take three to four days to fix my car especially since the mechanic was now familiar with the job. Four days later, my car was still not fixed. Me and my father picked up the car and was told that we could be refunded our money. Well, I had to call headquarters and at first I was told that I denied a refund because I purchased my own part and Tread Quarters did not diagnose the car. Then I was told later from Customer Service that I would get a refund. When I called Customer Service I asked for my calls to be forwarded to the director and never once has the director called me back. My time and money has been wasted. I would rather have paid thousands of dollars than to go through this. David seems to think that because he charged me only $300.00 instead of $600.00 for the inconvenient that he did me a favor. Biggest rip off place I have ever been to. Had a tire patched and a week later was still leaking, said I didn't have a wheel lock key when they were the ones who used it last. explained they used it last and all the sudden they find it. Anyway they destroyed our trunk that had things in there while they were looking for the lock. Finished the car and when I went to look at it, the rim was all scratched up. they kept saying they didn't do it but the rim was fine when it went in. LOOSERS and will never go there again. read more
