i went there for an oil change and tire rotation, they said they rotated my tires, but they did not because i had a low tire in back and when they finished it was still low and in the same spot. So not only did they not rotate my tires they didnt check the pressure like they say they do and when i was looking at my receipt vechicle not even listed right i have a 2023 nissian Rogue and they had a 2008 Nissan Datsun Truck. $1,600 for 4 brand new tires . Went there to get one tire ended up with a total bill close to 2 thousand dollars . Please be prepared to spend thousands of dollars if you do business at this establishment! I did research on the part numbers they are using at this store, they are charging double if not triple what the same exact parts cost at Advanced Auto Parts. ZERO STARS! Long time Tire Discounter customer, but I will never use their services again! My son had his car towed there because it was jerking and wouldn't accelerate over 5mph. We later received a phone call from the technician and he stated there were diagnostic codes for evaporation from the gas cap, rear calipers brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and this was the cause for not being able to accelerate. We called back for more clarification from the technician, he went on to say that the $25 gas cap may or may not fix the acceleration issue, but the worn calipers, rotors and brakes is what's causing the car to stall and not accelerate properly. We declined the $25 gas cap replacement and agreed to the caliper, rotors and brakes. The next day my son gets a call that his car is ready, pays $844 and cannot even drive out of the parking lot. He goes back inside Tire Discounters and is then told it's a transmission issue that they cannot fix. The transmission issue/diagnosis should've been mentioned way before there was any mention of replacing calipers, brake and rotors! No one would pay for calipers, brakes and rotors if their car has transmission problems. So we have now paid $844 for a car that still will not drive. Tire Discounters took advantage of a young kid trying to get his car fixed and swindled us out of $844 knowing that they don't do transmission work. The manager Logan danced around this when I called and kept saying "well he needed new calipers, rotors and brakes anyway." The manager offered to have the car towed to a transmission shop, but that's it...no apology, no refund, nothing but wasted time and money. This place is not to be trusted! Dishonest managers and technicians just looking to make money! read more

Nothing but delay, delay delay. At 5 pm, we were told tire repair would be done by closing. It wasn't. But it would be the first one in the morning. It wasn't. At 10:30 am, it was to be done by 11. It wasn't. At 11:15, only 15 more minutes. At 11:45, they were still working on the car they took after it and parked behind it outside of the bay. Friends get to jump the line apparently. Let's not forget that they misrepresented that they try to call us three times at 10:30 but our call log shows different!!! And here I am at noon still waiting. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Trustworthy, Reliable, Timely, Affordable! I have used Ken Towery's, the Toyota Dealership, and Valvoline for the servicing of my vehicle over the last 5 years in Lexington. This TireDiscounters location gets it RIGHT- they are great to work with, always friendly despite being busy, have always shot straight on their work (never had to bring my vehicle back for rework and never any surprise charges without my consent first), and always get my car back to me by EOD when I drop it off in the morning! I cannot recommend Joel's store enough, he runs a great location and he earns my business every time. read more

I had already purchased my tires last year and luckily I got my tires and at Tires Discounter's. Got my alignment realigned a couple months back but had a screw penetrate my tread. Since Tire Discounters tires came with road debris warranty or I chose it lol All I had to do this morning was show up without an appointment, 22 minutes later, I was able to get in my vehicle and go without paying a dime! Still waiting on my $200 this place owes me for discarding my old tires when I told them that I wanted to keep them and it's even on the invoice telling them I wanted to keep them. Even had a guy at corporate office tell me that he'd make sure I got $50 per tire (even though that's still a rip off) and still haven't received anything. Not even an apology. Use caution when dealing with this place. They have some incompetent employees there and people that are just there for a paycheck and don't care about their customers. read more

I've had awesome experiences at this location and at the Beaumont location every time. Most of the times I've needed their help were unplanned and unscheduled. Needed to get 1 tire change, booked the day before, came in the don't have me scheduled and it took 2.5 hrs for one tire and its not cheap

Very friendly and attentive workers The problem is they have a very bad habit of allowing walk-ins when they already have a full day of schedule appointments. The first instance I had was a couple years ago with a Ford explorer I made an appointment at 9:00 a.m. to have an alignment dropped it off went to work all day came back at 5:00 p.m. and he had just been skippedo and forgotten about. Today going and ask if they can do a Uber vehicle inspection on my car they said yeah you shouldn't be that long tight in an hour or two. It took 4 hours and 38 minutes for them to fail me on my inspection because of my windshield wiper which they did not have a size for me to buy there; I asked if I could go get one from Walmart and then put it on real quick and they said because I didn't buy it there they can't "legally verify" that those wiper blades are good cuz they didn't come from them. Took it over to jiffy lube right behind tire discounters took them 41 minutes and they passed me. I will never recommend this to anybody, I will never recommend tire discounters as a business to anybody ever again. I'm leaving this review to hopefully warn people not to waste your time at this location because they do not value your time read more

I had 4 new tires put on, a wheel along with a hubcaps installed, all to my satisfaction. They also provided valet service. However, there are two remaining issues for which I can only give them four stars. My TPMS light is still on and there is a new squeak in the right rear tire. I don't know what happened, but when I called, they said wait a couple of days and bring my car back. I will return to provide an update. read more

Great customer service at the front desk- very nice and professional. I figured that 1PM on Tuesday was a good off-time for an oil change, and the tech agreed. Two hours and fifteen minutes later and I am still sitting in the waiting room. It was nice, however, to watch the security cam's live progress of the mechanics (even if it felt like slow motion). They offer free coffee and water, but pack a lunch because you'll be here a while. read more

Only reason I gave them two stars is because the guy ringing me up was nice. Came in to get a tire patched. Should be quick and easy. They needed address, phone number, mileage, kids names, favorite food, list goes on and on. Worst thing was trying to have more stuff sold to me while waiting. Just needed a tire fixed and that's it. Definitely the used car shop of tire shops. And the so called free alignment his hilarious. Tire Discounters on Newtown Pike are wonderful!!! All my tires keep losing air. I went to them and said I wanted new tires since they are on sale. They just called me and said I don't need new tires. The ones I have are in great condition. He said they would do something(I forget what he said. ) and see if that doesn't fix the problem. He didn't want me to buy new tires if I don't need them. Was on my way out of town early in the morning and had a leaking tire. Waited and arrived at store when they opened at 8 AM. Took almost 2 hours to get a tire patched, which screwed up my whole day. I have received good service at this location in the past, but this was ridiculous and no one seemed the least bit concerned about the atrocious service. Next time I'll drive to Paris. read more

Absolutely no customer support, I'm not from Lexington I recently move to the city and I have a flat tire, I always bought my tires with Goodyear, but I passed to this place and turn around to see if they can help me, the guy in the counter told me that I need to wait until next day because they were completely book for the day! What the hell is that? Why do I need to left my car on the tire shop one night one and wait until my tire if fix next day? I will not recommend this place to anybody. Went here twice about an air leak on one of my tires. Both times they said they couldn't find anything!! Soon after my last visit I went to the dealership and they showed me that my wheel was bent!!!! So bad that I had to order a brand new wheel!! I find it EXTREMELY hard to believe that the techs at Tire Discounters could've overlooked it!!! Basically Tire Discounters lied to my face and smiled the whole time!!!!
