After telling them I wanted to come pick my car up they half ass threw my brakes back together and I lost one of the pads ten minutes after leaving while on the highway. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of work and the care they took in servicing my car. By the way, Import has also serviced and inspected my various motorcycles. Customer Service has always been top notch. Mike, the owner, Jill, Nate and the other two Mikes (yes, there are three Mikes) have been friendly on every visit so I'm not sure why anyone would have a negative opinion of Import Auto or its staff.
