On the most recent visit, I had made an appointment online for 10:30am. Dropped the car off early. Four hours go by, no call back. I called them, and was told that my vehicle hadn't even made it into the garage yet. I told them to just cancel the appointment, and I would pick it up shortly. They came back and said it would be done in 30 minutes I agreed, and arrived at the shop about 35 minutes later. I had to wait about another 15 for the work to be finished. What's the point of making an appointment? What would have happened if I hadn't called four hours after the appointment time? Nice enough folks doing decent work, but don't have their shit together.

ONE tire, I told them this when I got there and when I received a call an hour later I was informed that all four tires either had pads on backwards bad rotors or bad calibers and it would cost $1600 to fix after telling them I didn't have that much they inform me of a cheaper option of only $1100 and I wouldn't get a receipt from the shop cause one of them would work on it on the side. After telling them I wanted to come pick my car up they half ass threw my brakes back together and I lost one of the pads ten minutes after leaving while on the highway. I would rather trust a five year old to diagnose an issue with my car then ever let any of these "mechanics" near my vehicle. PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS SHOP

Only time they did something was when I was physically at the dealership. And here it is a month later and I'm not any farther in the process. They set another inspection appointment only to cancel the day before. The local auto supply stores all recommended Aamco on Oakland Avenue, Indiana PA so I gave it a try. I was 100% pleased. They are very helpful, extremely friendly and explain everything so you can understand it. In one instance they even went the extra mile to figure out a car "mystery", we've all had those. Their prices are also very reasonable. All in all, Aamco is absolutely the place to go in Indiana County for car repairs!
